There's a guy on BME's Male piercing page who has twin transcrotal piercings. His scrotum appears to have been split in half and in each half he's placed extra large rings. Take a look on the Transcrotal piercing section and tell me if he has any balls? Even if he had testicles, you'd still see some bulge, but I don't. This leads me to believe that he's been castrated. Does anyone know for sure?Transcrotal piercings

Definitely castrated. I'm currently deliberating having a transscrotal piercing. I find this guy's dual truly attractive.
