I saw my urologist today and brought up my desire to have my empty scrotum removed. He had a quick look and said "no problem". I'm leaving on a five week vacation to Europe this weekend and days after my return I am scheduled for the procedure. I was surprised at his willingness to do this and in fact he didn't bat an eyelash.
So on July 20th I'll be free of that useless and irritating empty sack. The wife is fully on-board with my decision and as soon as it's done I'll post a report and photos on my personal blog.
What a relief!

Re: Scrotum removal scheduled
IMHO, it needs to go. Mine went with a plastic surgeon, but as long as it's a good job, who cares?

Re: Scrotum removal scheduled
I recommend it, I had mine cut off April 23 this year. I like the smooth feeling underneath the penis and sensation of extra space down there. I had 4" of empty sac hanging about which hadn't shrunk in 2 years post castration. It looks and feels way better now that it is gone. Also for me it was like saying that I'm not ashamed to be a eunuch and I don't mind who can see it. Justine x

Yep, if you're going for SRS you need to keep it. I'm not going to get SRS so for me the less down there the better. Good luck and best wishes for your surgery. Justine x
