Any thoughts on a forced sexchange performed on an 18-19 year old? It goes a bit out of my comfort zone for writing, not even a fetish Im aware I have. But, seems like a story about a hung attractive guy abducted by a jealous or jilted lover, drugged and wakes up with his cock turned into a vagina could have an audience here.
Wonder if its ever happened in real life?

There is a movie currently out with that premise and it's pissed off the transgender community because of the way it was handled. It's not an uncommon theme in trans fetish fiction although it usually takes place over time and the person is aware what is happening to him but is helpless to stop it for one reason or another.

As has already been said the trans and non-binary community does find the theme offensive. So, should you not write the story? Hell no.
Two thoughts.
First, isn't the best art one that offends current sensibilities and taps into people's darkest fears?
Shelly's "Frankenstein" for example offended the Victorian religious belief that only God could create life and at the same time brought to the surface the fear of grave robbers. It was common for medical schools to pay for dead bodies with no questions asked.
Miller's "The Crucible" was a very thinly veiled attack on Joseph McCarthy's hearings on communism and anti-American activities. It striped bare the collective American belief that McCarthy was a hero and opened people's eyes to the fact that the real monster under the bed wasn't a communist but, themselves.
So, half of me says write the story anyway and if it offends or opens wounds - then you might be doing some good.
On the other hand (Harry Truman used to beg for a one armed economist. That way they couldn't say, "on the other hand"), knowing you want to write the story and being aware it might offend, why not use that to make the story better and not offend.
By that I mean something like this. The jilted lover had seen trans porn on the hung attractive guy's computer but never said anything. So, the jilted lover goes about inserting people, places and things into the guy's life that make him think about himself. Little by slow the hunky dude whose pants are bulging with an XXL size dong begins to realize he is trans. Attractive men often make the most attractive females is a theme the jilted lover keeps slipping his way.
After some soul searching and therapy, the hunk with extra junk realizes he is trans and always has been. The reason his relationships never work out is that he sabotages them before his g/f figures out he's really trans. He goes to therapy and after a time gets SRS. He finds a new support group for trans women and his jilted lover is there. He (now She) is confused and goes up to have a chat with her. The punch line? His jilted lover is a trans woman and always knew the jock with the huge cock was trans.
I have decided I'm evil and I am unanimous in that.

I can t imagine the trans community isn t fully aware of how most men view total emasculation with total fear and fight to their last breath to avoid it. I can t see that as insulting or unusual. Its reality for most males. If a fiction story plays out realistically, that s not insulting or demeaning, its reality.
I can see where it could be intentionally demeaning if that s the goal. But I don t think that s what rogerwpbfl is talking about here. If it was he wouldn t post this at all. He d just write a mean spirited story. That s not what he is doing in posting this.
