I knew a family in New Brunswick Canada that 2 penises was the norm for the males. This was a result in the seperation of the urethra from the rest of the penis during development. There was a larger normal penis with no urethra and a thinner one with the urethra.

Thanks for this threat. It stimulated my imagination enough to create my latest story here: "My master: my loss, his gain". The transplant grew into penis enlargement by way of grafting onto existing cock. It was a fun write (though not my literary best).
