There are simply too many variables for the self exalted "professionals" to pigeon-hole a man desiring to loose his testicles for non-medical reasons. With no cohesive "identity" how can every Eunuch be placed in a carefully constructed medical/psychological/social category?

When prescribing me estradiol my doctor labeled me as "non-binary" and yet I am not significantly

different than I was when I had testicles.
(My assumption was that she was just applying that label to vaguely cover her ass records-wise). I have been called everything from asshole to xenophobe, so "non-binary" is no more or less truly descriptive.

So when I lost my testicles I never embrace

d being anything other than me..... just me without balls.

How do you get your urologist to recommend castration and perform it?

I never viewed myself as anything other than a man who doesn't like his own penis.

Would like to get my urologist to recommend total removal of mine with urethra relocation and to perform the surgery. Just not sure to accomplish that.

For those of you who either completed your transition from intact male to something else, or desire to go from intact to something else, how do you identify your gender? Male, Eunuch, Penectomized, nullo, female, something else?

Please post your answers here. These are words that you prefer be used to correctly identify your gender, and not the surgery or process you wish to go through to achieve your gender.

IE, "I'm a man", instead of, "I want to be a eunuch."

I could say man, but I was only born male by the physical parts. I could say woman. I know she's in here but she's been and still is being suppressed. I might say eunuch wannabe because I do want to be. I've called myself auto-intro-ambi-sexual but perhaps this is more readily known as plural. inside I'm definitely plural to female with highlights and remnants of male

From my personal perspective gender is either male or female.

To me Eunuch is not a gender.

I identify as a gay male eunuch which is not a gender but probably falls in the X category of LGBTQ+

Outwardly I am visibly male.

Inwardly I an eunuch since I have no libido, can not get an erection, nor have an orgasm.

i exist in a sexual twilight zone, always wanting to enjoy sex, but never achieving it physically.

Think of perhaps having an erection and being on the edge of an orgasm forever.

That is how I feel but without any sexual fulfillment or sexual release.

What is particularly frustrating is that i am using prescribed Testosterone Gel, which apparently is providing my body with the male sustaining benefits, but without any of the sexual benefits.

It has taken me over 4 years to accept that I am a eunuch.

Basically for the past 4 years I have been traumatized from being castrated.

I label it Post Castration Stress Disorder (PCSD)

So there you have it from this 75 year old who use to be very sexual in the past, but now lives a life always wanting.

Be not upset, please, life the eunuch is not bad at all. By the way:

In some countries if you want, then you can consider yourself by a third gender.

But it depends on your desire.

Some think that they are disabled people and are upset concerning loss of the libido.

Others on the contrary in different ways seek to reduce the libido and even to become eunuchs.

After 4 and a half years, I am still trying to adjust to not having balls, not having a libido or erections or orgasms.

It's just damn difficult, but I will keep trying.

Communicating with others helps a great deal in letting me know I am not alone .

I am gender poetic. I’m disjunctisexual. these are terms that feel right to me. I still have more feminizing surgery to be done to put me in the right place as described with these terms. but feminization is a balancing out, not a female destination. (i have a bunch more ways of expressing but the above mentioned are the best for me).

I’ve been eunuch since the beginning of this past March. I find the only difficulty is to be unable to share my eunuch success with others I want to be and believe are close to me. I think being openly who I really am (now not yet completely there) would be so right for me since I’ve suffered for most of my life trying to be what I am not. For me I am so happy to have no libido, erections and orgasms. good riddance!

But I realize my way of feeling may be only for me. If we can communicate maybe the contrast of how you are and how I am could help you in making it less difficult for you. I’m happy to give it a try if you are interested.

Well I am, according to my psychiatrist (sp?), Non-binary. Not exactly sure what that means, but she says I have characteristics of both male and female, or something like that. I recently have been castrated and I don't mind telling anyone should the topic arise that I am a Eunuch. I still present as male but with the estradiol hormones I am taking I seem to be growing breasts and I actually love that. So where I am headed I am not sure.

I'm a little confused by her definition. To me, non-binary means turning the two circle ven-diagram of gender into three circles, one of which exists outside the other two but overlaps in some areas. So yes, some nonbinary people can fall inside that overlap, but others may exist completely outside of it. What she described would be my version of genderfluid, demi-gender, or androgyny. I would say non-binary would fit your circumstance, but not for the reasoning she provided.

As for me, I am still intact but have never been happy seeing myself as a man. All the expectations and pressures combined with the constant struggle to prove myself was exhausting. So I identify as non-binary as a way to shed the baggage attached to being male. And body-wise, I would love to shed some extra weight too. Maybe I can put my male-gifted superpowers to use cooking up some sausage over the grill ;p
