Been around for a while, fixing to do the deed.

Post by bp301234 (imported) »

I have been a long time lurker and have posted a couple of threads and was chemically castrated for about a year. I have had prostate cancer since beginning lurking here. I am unable to get a hard on, and couldn't really afford the meds to keep penis long... Penis shrank some, good with that. After all, I had cancer and am now I don't. However, with no prostate comes, no cum, which is terribly frustrating to me. Jerking a limp cock to experience what is left over as a climax after a prostatectomy, really sux. And without a prostate, can't experience anything anally. I have been mainly asexual for years so the loss of all of this is not too traumatic, but the inability to cum and to still have desire is really wearing me down. I am to the point of just having them cut and riding it out. I have read old posts and done all of the research all that a person can do. I think I am ready. Not worth the frustration anymore, will be a relief. Dread the pain but I think it will be worth it to me.

Careful what you wish for. Losing the nuts and scrotum is not such a big deal as I'm told is losing the dick -which really hurts for a while. If it is really what you want, then my two cents is enjoy the new state while time is on your side.

I have doubts about whether taking the genital plumbing is going to benefit the mind. It seems the removal of T has left the desire. Maybe an expert here has thoughts on whether E might help direct the mind away, and help?

Careful indeed. There is a big difference in losing just your balls vs all of it. If you want to have it all removed and either become a nullo or have a vagina because that is what you really want, go ahead. If you only do it because you are frustrated, be very careful. Changing your anatomy is a big deal and speaking from experience, living without a penis can be a difficult thing to deal with after having one for so long. While personally im happy without one, it has taken a lot of adjustments.

I definitely should have explained a little further. I just desire to lose the balls. I am quite happy with having a penis. My main goal is to rid myself of the desire and I have had testicle pain for a while now... just too much. Thank you so much for your words of caution.

If you are without T now, and a prostate, it seems that getting nutted would save you $ on your T-blocker, and who knows? There's lots of stuff apart from T that either comes out of the balls or is made from the T, so it may be that you will be happier. I think I'd get expert medical advice before adding E or T in case it might affect the disease now held at bay?

Good luck!

Not chemically castrated now and thankfully, I am cancer free.

Well, if you really have thought about losing the balls, maybe try a chemical trial first, and if it's what you want, lose the nuts & scrotum.

Once a eunuch, you can choose to add T or E or neither, as you wish to adjust the balance.

I have done been through several months of chemical castration due to prostate cancer. And I do not want to feminize. Was thinking about seeing if I can find a urologist that will prescribe me Deca durabolin and Anastrozole. The deca for muscle loss and osteoporosis and the Anastrozole for gynecomastia. Like I stated before, I am trying to greatly diminish my drive.

While being nutless might help, I'm not sure that Deca or Anatrozole will do anything to help the drive?

Maybe there are only some things that are as simple as E or T. Perhaps a consultation with a professional, expert in such drive might advise?

Deca Durabolin is a hormone that will give you strength, but with very low androgenicity. It is also useful for osteoporosis, weakness, muscle loss and joint pain. Anastrozole is good for water retention and gynecomastia. That is if I go that route, I am leaning toward going natural for a while and see how I feel. The date is set for the 22nd. I am going to try and give daily updates for the first few days. Obviously that will depend on how I feel. Thanks for all of the information that is available on the site. Was very helpful.
