which way of chemical castration is best for health?

I am really considering chemical castration. I already asked clinic and he said that he can prescribe drug or give me injection.

If I choose drug method, I have to take drug everyday, but if I choose injection, one time per month is okay (it's expensive though)

which one is better for my health such as river or something like that?
