So something bad happened.

I was lying down and went to get up and my ball crushed between my thighs. Normal place for them to be when moving.

Swelling increased and a mass of pain surged through my abdomen. The ball went rock hard and massive. Off to the hospital I went.

Obviously I didn’t say whet I did.

That was a few days ago and all is settling down.

Very bruised.

I have to go for an ultrasound as there is a chance I may have ruptured the ball. If so it may have to be removed if the rupture is large. I suspect it is.

I took the risk and if I lose it then I won’t be disappointed. But not necessarily what I wanted at this point. But I have accepted it and it was my fault.

Hey, sorry to hear about your ball having so much trouble. But don t give up yet. Balls take a long time to heal. And they can be surprizingly tough even if they can feel so painfully delicate. I m just guessing. But if your blood flow remains strong through your swelled up ball, and any infection gets cured, you will probably be able to save your balls. It might take months to heal up. And it might shrink a lot in nut size permanently. But you d still have 2 balls in your sack.

Men in rural areas have daily ways that our ball sacks get punctured by accident. Barb wire fences are probably the number one way men s bags get sharp puncture wounds. Most men have gotten a barb stab in the nut sack crossing fences or building fences, I sure have.

In the north the buckthorn trees have about 3 to 4 inch thorns that are tough as wood needles that stab you deep. Out west mesquite trees have long thorns that can stab your bag deep as you walk thru lots of them. Palm trees in the southeast have razor sharp needle like frond ends that stab at your balls as you are just walking through them. All of those give similar scrotum punctures like yours. But luckily our balls do slide around real fast and easy inside our sacks so ball punctures are way rarer than bag punctures.

Its harder to explain how your ball didn t quickly slide out of the way of a fence barb or thorn to a dr. When I ve been sack punctured by barb wire and tree thorns, my balls slide away fast and the hard outer nut casing is tough to stab into as you know from your play experience with needles. An unlucky man can fall on a fence or thorns and trap his balls enough to puncture a nut trapped in his jeans and unable to slide away to avoid a thorn or fence barb in a forceful falling impact.

If the dr opens your sack up, he d still need to open your second inner nut sack around each ball to be able to see how the spear punctures in your ball do line up in a straight line in pentrating into your ball casing shell. But I doubt they will open your scrotum to cure your ball of what you have now.

Medical people must see a lot of punctured scrotums on men and boys. Its getting your tough outer ball punctured that is less common.

No kidding the barbed fence has gotten me before. Out of gas on the highway I jumped the fence that was waist high, caught my shorts right at the balls and ripped thru my shorts and boxers. I got really lucky I didn’t leave anything hanging on that damn fence! Hope you heal up quick and complete!

I have pushed needles into my balls a few times. Never completely thru though. The last time my right ball had fluid coming out needle, I waited till it stopped before I pushed needle farther in.

What kind of needle? Like a pin?? Do you have to sterilize it first or do anything to avoid infection?

And you just push it into the nut? No long term damage or problems?? Don’t mean to ask so much, I just haven’t heard of it before but I’m sure now I can Google it. Are you injecting anything or does the needle give some kind of a rush?

Hopefully your dr gave you a tetanus shot since it was metal penetrating your sack and ball to make sure you don t get that.

There would always be some amount of long term damage since the needle is rupturing and ripping through very intricate and delicate

sperm and testosterone production

cells and tissues that are not designed to heal up easily like skin and muscle can. Needle damage would leave scar tissue along the path of the penetration of the needle. The more times it is done, the more scarring and damage that is done deep inside the testicles.

Also, there are complex drainage channels to move sperm from deep inside the testicle to the epididymis, the thick tube running top to bottom along the back side of each ball. This is where sperm are stored and mature to be ready for ejaculation during sex.

Puncturing and ripping thru all those sperm assembly line canals and tubes can leave scar tissue that can screw up the flow of your sperm production and affect and impair the emptying in your balls of your constant daily production of sperm.
