Skewered my left testicle.

I have pierced my ball a few times In the past but last night I skewered it with a large needle. The type usually used as a cannula. Was no more painful then simple piercing it but was very hot seeing the needle come out the other side.

Today my ball is very large and swollen. Not too painful but I think I may have cause some damage. Time will tell.

Would be good to hear if anyone else has done this and the recovery

Please no replies about dangers of infection etc. I knew the risks

I have done it a few times in the past, mine didn't overly swell but was a bit tender for a few days and settled down again.

Probably some inner bleeding that caused swelling. I know that large size needles have caused swelling. So you have to take risks when doing such stuff. It will heal over time, but damage is already done. Just monitor for swelling. It shouldn't go worse. If swelling increases or you notice other alarming symptoms (bleeding, too much pain, etc.) you better go to doc. It may take a month for swelling to go down.

And of course, I am no doc, just some experience, nothing more. So it might be still useful to go to doc if you want to minimize damage.

Yeah it’s not got any worse. And is a little aching but nothing more. I wonder what damage I may have caused to the ball.

Most likely some internal bleeding, rips and damage in the tiny delicate inner tubes and canals honeycombing the interior of the testicle that will disrupt some of your flow of new sperm and testosterone production and those leaving your testicle interior as scar tissue forms along the path of any penetration into the inner testicle mass of tiny tubes and inner passageways that make sperm and testosterone.

No increase in pain and swelling has gone down a little bit. Still tender aching feeling. Feels like if you lightly squeeze your ball.

No blood in my cum which is a good sign. So I either have swelling from the trauma or maybe that ball did not release any Sperm

The damage you did might be about as much as a biopsy or sperm retreval done by needles as medical procedures. One lancing in your testicle probably won t do tons of damage unless you get it infected.

If you spear your testicle many times, then the total damage to your ball might scar enough to impair and affect blood flow, sperm production and flow, and testosterone production. The more ripping and cutting and scarring, the more tissues die deep inside of your ball.

The big question is now, was it worth this pain, worry, and risking damage to do it ? Is one time enough to not want to do it again ? Or do men get hooked on it, and keep doing it, even to the point that it wrecks their balls permanently over time and more punctures ?

I am glad I tried it. Will I do it again? probably not. Will I try needles without going all the way through again? Probably. I think that the rush it gives is what drives you to revisit and Peirce again.

Does it feel like pleasure or pain when you do it ? I d think it would hurt like hell ripping into the tough outer nut casing ? So is it the mastering of pain and the adrenlin rush that you like and want from this ?

Going through the scrotal skin is the most painful but no worse than getting an injection from the Dr.

After that there is a pressure feeling as you enter the ball then a dull ache but no pain.

When just piercing normally I have never had swelling. But skewering has left my ball twice it's size. Which I will now monitor for the coming days. It's reduced slightly already. It's not got bigger, not hot and not painful. Just tender. Nor is it getting any worse so just gonna take time to heal I guess.
