I was always able to have a good and sometimes awesome orgasm even without a full erection when no T for 2.5 years though took a lot more work to get it. Now on T almost 2.5 years I have nocturnal erections and my wife can stimulate me most any time and orgasms are awesome full body!

As a eunuch currently on no "T" I have to say orgasms are definitely possible and enjoyable. Okay, so they take a bit more time and effort but for us it's worth the extra work and great fun to boot. It seems to me that over time T receptors get "worn out". It is not only that lowering T-levels reduce male libido, but also T-receptors wear out and become less sensitive to Testosterone.
