local anesthetic
is there a way to get an injectable local anesthetic without having a healthcare license? I haven't been able to contact dr arnkoff to see how much more saving I have to do but I have insurance that would cover being patched up in the hospital if I did it myself. I don't really care how it looks I just want them gone the sooner the better. the basic plan would be to band my testicles and soft penis use the local to numb them, cut them off throw the penis in the garbage disposal go to the hospital and get a urethral reroute.

Re: local anesthetic
If you did it yourself hospital staff would consider it self harm and will probably hold you in psych ward.

Re: local anesthetic
Local anesthetic is toxic and kills living tissue in too high of doses and concentrations. Unless you know the exact amounts to inject and where, it can be like killing any tissue it is injected into and then causing rot that spreads in your bloodstream to kill other parts of your body.
Self inflicted injury is not covered by most medical insurance. If you attempt to kill yourself and survive, those bills are not paid by medical or government insurance. You pay the entire bill. If you have plastic surgery not medically necessary and it gets infected and causes other parts of your body to be damaged, that is a by choice procedure not covered by insurance. Any damage done as a result of a by choice elective procedure is not covered by medical insurance. You get a face lift to look better. It gets infected and ruins your face and causes huge medical bills. None of that is covered by your medical insurance at all ! Emergency care is much more expensive than dr s office and normal care.
Your plan will risk your life, get you a psychiatric forced commitment with big bills, and leave you paying huge emergency medical care bills if you survive.

Generally I agree with your view of self-inflicted items and payment, but I can tell you from personal experience, hospitals like to get paid. They will figure out a way to code it so the do get paid.
In other news, I'd like to tell the original poster (OP) please don't do it the way you're thinking. You're asking for nothing but trouble. I'd like to have a new nullo brother, not a dead one.

Well, as we often say, if you're going to do it yourself, do it right by the bushes outside the ER doors, then yell, so you don't have but a few yards to travel to get the mess fixed.
