Maybe that is a function of being a Texan where everything is larger than life. If you moved to a country with little itty bitty coins (I am thinking of Chile), you might have a different outlook.

Not even sure that moving would help because you would need more coins just have to find different use I guess!

Got rid of mine, and much better without. Hard to tell that there were ever balls or sac ever there.

I still have mine, as it's filled with saline filled fake nuts. If anything were to happen with these prosthetics (the first set was recalled 4-years after implantation) I'd forgo them entirely and get rid of the sack too. It's a very pleasing look, and I can image very sensual to stroke that part when it's all smooth, the perineum still has many nerve endings too, and I'd think the sack area would basically end up being an extension of that area.

As to what people think at the nude beach, screw them, I really think for the most part nudist etiquette is to not "notice" genitals at all.

Back in the golden era of chat, we used to chat occassionally with a couple in Washington DC. Interesting couple and would love to get back in touch with them in case anyone knows them. He had a buddy help castrate himself before he met her. Sac was also removed. She would smile when she massaged the underside where the ball sac used to attach. He said that gave him lots of sensations. If you think about it, the nerves that give balls all their sensitivity run up thru there, so has to be a sensitive spot.

I found that after my testicles were removed there wasn't a lot of sensation in the empty scrotum. The area underneath though is very sensitive. Justine x

My sack still has a lot of feeling, but the thickness of the skin is greater on the left side than the right. Not sure what that's about, but it seems more tissue is missing on the right side, it can actually become quite sensitive (annoying) when it's hot out.

I was castrated 2 1/2 yrs. ago. I asked the urologist about scrotum removal. He told me he could reduce it as part of the surgery but total removal was considered cosmetic and Medicare wouldn't cover it so I told him to take as much as he could. I'd say he took about 1/2. It still "gets in the way" sometimes, especially when I'm going to bed. I just pull it out from between my legs and that's good enough. I assume it would probably be more troublesome without the reduction.

I'll add that I don't even think about it much anymore. I never did any TRT and my libido is just a memory. I like it better this way and am a happier man without it. But I'm in my 70s. If I were a younger man I might not be so content.

My urologist removed all of mine and even tightened up the area bu removing excess skin. Medicare and my secondary Tricare covered it all. I was 70 when I had it done.

Can't think of any reason to keep an empty one at all. Had mine removed a few years back now and only regret it wasn't done at the time of castration. Particularly if you've had a few birthdays, it is a fine opportunity to get a bit tightened up down there!

Had min done by a genital plastic surgeon who did it for $800 including a well-administered general anesthetic. It took a few weeks for it all to settle, but highly recommended!
