Orgasm but no ejaculation

Hi,

I'm a 25 yr old eunuch, neuter for 2 1/2 years. For the first 18 months

after the operation I didn't take hormone replacement and found that

castration made me completely sexless. For the last year I've been on TRT

and it's been a revelation, if anything I'm more sexually active than before

I was cut. One of several things I've noticed now is that although I have

intense orgasms I either don't ejaculate at all or if I do it's only a drop or

two of clear fluid. Have other guys found the same, is it atrophication

of the prostate ? Any information really appreciated.

Hi paring, thanks for your nice words. I'm sure your right and I'm too impatient. After being an EA member for only 24 hours I'm realising I don't know a lot. I wonder how it was for other guys but in my case before my nuts were taken off I always thought the intensity of an orgasm was related to your ejaculation (and I ejaculated a lot). I think now I was wrong, a month ago I met a tgirl at the Endocrine Clinic I attend, we hit off straight away and spent an afternoon together (another story if anyone is interested). The upshot was that I had the most mind blowing orgasm of my life, this was with no balls and no ejaculation. I been advised to get my T levels checked (thanks JessicaH) in relation to another matter (no pubic hair). I will do this asap as the two may be connected.

I went 2.5 years no T and have now been on T for 2+ years and amount of ejaculate has been slowly increasing.

Having been complete eunuch since the mid 90s I find it more than fascinating at how "you words (mind blowing)" sex can be with no penis or testicles and scrotum. While I never took "T" I have taken a good bit of "E" during all these years. Perhaps the hormones are the key to great orgasms and perhaps not. But one thing is for certain. I can have some wonderful orgasms (and do) without any worries of effecting in any way another human being on this rock we live on. Perhaps deep in the back of my personality this was one of my goals. Who knows for sure on that one but I ain't complaining. So to the question, yes, I am one of those folks who experience orgasm as a complete nullo. And enjoying life with it to boot.

Hi Begoneboy, I had no idea it was possible to experience an orgasm without any genitals. How do you do it if I may ask. Also if I'm not being too intrusive how did you lose both your penis and testicles.

First, you may want to take a zinc supplement as it helps stimulate seminal fluid. Then, if you have gone a long time without an orgasm try prostate massaging as that relaxes the tissue helps stimulate the muscles. To answer the question you asked Begoneboy, anal orgasms from prostate stimulation are some of the most intense and don't require a penis or balls. I simple finger or dildo works just fine. About half my orgasms involve anal and my partner has no penis or balls. Well, actually she has a fake penis.
