Re: Beautiful urologist who is open minded
If a young man is going to get a vasectomy, its good to bank and freeze some of his sperm first, just in case he wants kids some day. Men getting castrated should consider it too. My drs told me to deposit some sperm and be ready for castration. I checked into it. The prices vary a lot. It seems to cost around $600 to $1000 to set up with a sperm bank to get some sperm frozen. Then depending on how many ejaculations you freeze, it costs $400 to $1000 or more each year to keep your sperm stored and frozen.
All men s sperm will freeze and thaw out and lose some amount of sperm in that process. But it can vary from losing few to losing all of the sperm by freezing it. So, men should test their sperm by freezing and thawing it to see if their sperm survives freezing well, medium, or if most or all sperm die from it. After thawing banked sperm, some men s sperm can swim to the woman s eggs like fresh sperm. Some men s sperm needs all kinds of in vitro help and expensive techniques to impregnate a woman.
Labs can do a test to see how well a man s sperm can seek out and drill into hamster eggs, yeah, the pet rodents kids buy lol ! It seems men s sperm will try to impregnate hamster eggs, who knew. No embryo can result. But it tests how able a man s sperm is to impregnate human eggs with fresh or thawed sperm. Then the lab doesn t need to deal with disposing of any human eggs or fertilized embryos to test men s sperm abilities. You ll never look at a hamster the same again lol ! Who d think our sperm would even try to impregnate hamster eggs. Its like a horny farm boy s nightmares of impregnating sheep or cows lol !

Very good idea. Just some insurance since everything from rough play to hormonal changes can effect your sperm. It sounds like pur beautiful urologist is a good choice for doing that too. Almost makes me wish i still had balls

if done right, a vasectomy only blocks sperm from mixing with semen, a person is still the same except he just wont knockup a girl, but he still has erections and produces testosterone normally, balls are still in place, castration and vasectomy have little to do with each other, the outcome is very different.

Vasectomies can be different for each man. Most men can get a vasectomy with no problems or changes to his body. But some men can have mild to very major problems from vasectomies. Some men can have chronic pain, immune system problems, or excessive sperm build up pressures that can damage testicles over many years.
Some people call them slow castrations that can wreck some men s balls permanently. That is why there is so much disagreement on how long a man can go and then get a successful reversal and regain his normal sperm production. Its well documented that vasectomy reversals do fail in a significant percentage of men. The failure of reversals increases with the amount of time since he got his vasectomy. The longer a man is sterilized, the less chance a reversal will get him able to impregnate women naturally.
If vasectomies were as harmless as its promoters like to claim, then all reversals would be successful, no matter how long the man was sterilized.
No one wants to explain to men what happened to their balls deep inside that leaves them sterilized even after their vas deferens tubes have been reconnected and opened up to carry sperm again by reversal surgery. The tubes are unblocked by reversals but in some men, the damaged balls can t make enough healthy new sperm to impregnate a woman. Those are the men whose reversal surgeries fail to make them able to impregnate.
Technology can stick a needle in his balls and suck out a few healthy sperm to fertilize an egg with technological help. But that costs a lot of money to do, and there is no insurance coverage for infertility treatments.
Science can t tell which men can handle vasectomies with no problems and which men will have problems. Men with large sperm counts and production seem to have more problems.
I notice some men with vasectomies seem to lose muscle mass and body hair after getting fixed. Like a partial castration of some of their testicle cells.

I guess each man is going to handle things differently. In theory its a fairly simple thing to do and fix but there is always the chance of complications hence why any man doing anything with his balls or dick should do a bit of research before he has any surgery. Makes me glad its not something i have to worry about anymore.

The nurse practitioner that is managing my testosterone shots at the urology clinic I go to is a very attractive young woman. If I can ever convince her that my testicles are causing enough pain and discomfort that they need to be removed, I would be extremely pleased if she assisted in the surgery

Re: Beautiful urologist who is open minded
True true. Im straight and to be honest i probably would have struggled if a hot nurse/doc did my surgery. Id have wondered what was going through her head and rather than stressing about that, I just wanted to get it done.
