Just wondering how long it took for others for this to go away or become less sensitive?? I love that my balls are gone and so happy in life atm however I’m considering maybe seeing about having my cords removed and sac removed to fix the sensitivity I’m having? Just want to know what others have experienced? Getting castrated was the best decision I have made, zero r

What you describe sounds like an adhesion. When the end of the remaining cord was sealed, and the cord retracted, it may have been sealed off well enough to not bleed, yes, but that raw end connected with something inside and literally adhered (healed) on to it. Certain movements pull at the cord, and when this happens, it creates pain at the site of the new connection. As for the surface scars being overly sensitive, it's not unusual for a scar anywhere to remain very sensitive for quite some time. After nearly splitting my hand in half when I was a about 12 or 13, requiring 14 stitches to close it, and not being able to use it for about 3 months, I found that it still hurt a great deal, inside and out. It was a few years before the pain finally went away, from either.

Another thought: eunuchs are not immune to hernias, so don't eliminate that as a cause for pain out as well.

Good thinking. The pain i get seriously feels like ive been kicked in the balls but it is localised to area just under my gut. Worth checking out or maybe its just an old cord still in there letting me known its still alive lol

I still do get pains where I had bilateral hernia surgery especially if I stain that mesh/scar tissue. One of the reasons the doctor agreed to remove the second testicle is it was starting to pull up into that area and was causing pain and would of become a lot harder to remove he said.

Sorry to hear that Sparkey49. I guess it was a good excuse to remove your remaining testicle but long term pain is never fun. I think mine is just phantom pain, it has certainly decreased in frequency the longer post op ive been.

Hopefully the same happens for you! :)
