Ill admit waking up to find your wife with a knife going to town on your dick would be rather unsettling but at the same time if these guys have cheated or caused this woman harm then some sympathy should be given to the women too. Punishment for rape? Too many girls say “yes” and then turn around and scream rape like they were forced into it. Teens are the worst. It’s her word against yours, and she’s gonna win every time. Of course there would have to have safeguards. Serial offenders or convicted pedophiles maybe or a voluntary option to avoid extended jail time etc. My original thought based on this article though is I do think its a just punishment for a serial cheater haha.

Hmm im not going to weigh in on the he said she said double standard on a lot of things. Rape is an emotive subject and something few men can understand I think. After experiencing sex from a female perspective it can be a very vulnerable experience. As to if some girls lie about rape i am sure some do, just as i am sure some who actually do get raped never say anything about it. Bottom line best to avoid it all together if possible i think

Whilst I’ve no doubt that there are evil women who call rape after consensual sex, I suspect that the number of women who have been raped and either not believed or are simply too scared to report the crime is rather higher. By about a fucking mile!

Don’t think cutting off mens penises as punishment is a good idea though - the justice system just isn’t reliable enough.

I do think that the punishment for claiming to have been raped when you haven’t should be the same as a man would face for rape.

Sounds like there is no question their media, courts, and women s groups are encouraging, cheering on, and enabling these women to mutilate men for very minor reasons, like infidelity, minor, gambling minor, drinking, minor, none of which permanently damage a female.

As if courts can justify mutilation to appease jealousy ? How about legal theft to appease envy too ? Rotten to the core judges, as usual.

One female accused a fellow college male of raping her, filed charges with the police and their college. Unknown to her, the college had hidden cameras filming where the consentual sex took place in a dorm lobby. Plus she texted him asking for more sex again the next day ! He refusef because he already had a steady girlfriend. The police showed her the sex video and she was clearly the aggressor in unfressing him and having sex ! She withdrew her rape charges and she was not even prosecuted for filing false police reports or fraud and extorsion ! No justice for males there.

A high school girl texted her naked photo to a male classmate, same ages,. He texted his naked photo back to her. She complained to the school and police. Only he was disciplined, no discipline for her starting it and being equally guilty of texting her naked photo first. No justice for males.

Haha it would make life a lot easier but unfortunately a lot of guys just arent gay and so have to do deal with the increasing double standard. From personal experience i really would never have considered sex with with another guy until recently.

Hmm while I certainly dont condone the actions of these girls that abuse the system what is a viable answer that works for both sides? I saw a show once where men and women moved to their own planets.and began their own societies with reproduction handled by tech and sex handled by robots or people who were surgically altered.
