Respondents Nos. 1 and 2 were mother and daughter. The

deceased was the brother-in-law of respondent No. 1. For

some days before the date of the Occurrence, the relations

between the two families were none too cordial. On the clay

of the occurrence there was a scuffle between the

respondents and the deceased. A little later, when the

deceased was sitting in the house of his father-in-law in

the opposite row of houses, respondent No. 1 was alleged to

have gone to the deceased with a stick to beat him. Some

neighbours intervened and tried to pacify both the parties.

When the deceased was going out, respondent No. 1 put her

leg across the legs of the deceased, as a result of which he

fell down on his back. Respondent No. 2 immediately caught

hold of both the hands of the deceased and respondent No. 1

is stated to have squeezed his testicles and pulled them.

Eventually the deceased succumbed to the injury. After the

incident respondent No. 1 lodged a complaint before the

police stating that the deceased, his wife and his

mother-in-law caught hold of her and gave her blows and

kicks with a stick as a result of Which she fell down.

Holding that the prosecution case was proved beyond

reasonable doubt, the Sessions Judge convicted respondent

No. 1 under S. 304, Part-I I.P.C. Respondent No. 2 was

convicted under s. 323 read with s. 144, I.P.C. On appeal,

the High Court, even after believing the main part of the

occurrence, acquitted respondent No. 1 of the charges

levelled against her and consequently respondent No. 2 also

on the ground that she must have done so in exercise of her

right of private defence inasmuch as she must have squeezed

the testicles of the deceased when be was showering blows

with a stick on her in order to protect herself.

Allowing the appeal of the State.

HELD : (1) The trial Court was right in believing the

evidence of the proSecution witnesses in regard to both the

incidents and the occurrence in question forming part of the

second incident. The High Court differed from the view of

the trial judge on flimsy and unsustainable grounds. [998 D-

E]

(2) There was absolutely no basis or material on the record

to enable the High Court to record an order of acquittal in

favour of the respondents by extending them a right of

private defence. Even going to the maximum extent in favour

of the respondents that respondent No. 1 got the blows with

a stick at the hands of the deceased and in the second

incident it is manifest that her action of assault on him

was a deliberate counterattack to cause him such injury

which at least was likely to cause his death. The

counterattack could in no sense be an attack in exercise of

the right of private defence. [100 F-G]

(3) Neither in her complaint before the police nor in the

statement under s.342 Cr. P.C. Was there a whisper by

respondent No. 1 of her having squeezed the testicles and

private parts of the deceased in exercise of her right of

private defence. Not only was the plea of private defence

not taken by the respondents in their statements under s.

342, Cr. P.C. but no basis for the plea was laid in the

cross-examination of the prosecution witnesses or by

adducing any defence evidence. The burden of establishing

that plea was not discharged in any way by the respondents

even applying the test of preponderance of probabilities in

favour of that plea. There is absolutely no material on the

record to lead to any such conclusion. [999 G-H]

Munhi Ram and Others v. Delhi Adtministration [19681 2

1. Upon the further evidence given by the District Medical Officer, Dr. Lancaster, who was present at the post mortem, we have no reason to doubt that the death of Kalan was due to the injuries done to his testicles, and not to disease or other cause. And the evidence, as well as the admissions of his wife, Kaliyani, the prisoner, make it clear that it was she who caused those injuries by squeezing the testicles with her hand.

The effect of that violence, according to the evidence of Dr. Lancaster, was much bruising of the glands and their reduction to a pulpy condition.

we desired the Sessions Judge to obtain the evidence of Dr. Lancaster also. It shows that there was a wound on the front part of the scrotum, probably produced by a wrench or twist. There were no marks of any teeth on the scrotum, but the wound was covered with dried blood. On opening the scrotum, the testicles, or glands proper were found to be "very much bruised and reduced to a pulpy condition." There was no apparent disease of the testicles. Their condition was due not to disease but to injury, and Dr. Lancaster considered that a prolonged severe squeeze of the testicles, even with the left hand of the accused, would have been sufficient to produce the appearances which he saw at the post mortem. He considered that the injury to the testicles was the cause of Kalan's death, and added that, even if the man had been in sound health, the injury would have caused his death. The Hospital Assistant says that the testicles were "almost absolute pulp. No solid parts remained," and was positive that shock from injury to the testicles was the sole cause of death.

she resorted to a form of attack not very uncommon among women of her class, and did so with such force and persistence that she reduced the man's testicles to pulp and killed him by the shock thus given to the nervous system.

No.3 kicked on the testicle of the deceased. Thereafter Narasappa died and the dead body was shifted to the Government hospital, Chittapur.

tated that they have personally witnessed the incident and the assault made by petitioner/accused No.3 on the testicle of the deceased and because of that reason he expired. Hence, he submitted that the petitioner is not entitled to be granted with bail.

that the present petitioner Jyoti caused the injuries on the neck of the deceased by nail marks, when the deceased fell down, she kicked on the testicle of the deceased and because of that reason he expired. I have also perused the post mortem report the Doctor who conducted the post mortem examination over the dead body gave the opinion as to cause of death was due to vaso vagal shock as a result to trauma to right side of testis. Time since death 8 to 10 hours before to post mortem examination. The opinion of the doctor as per the post mortem report is also supporting the case of the prosecution that the present petitioner kicked the deceased on the testicle and because of that reason Narasappa expired on the spot.

THIS CASE I FOUND OF A WOMAN INTENTIONALLY KILLING HER HUSBAND BY LURING HIM TO HAVE SEX IN A POND. SHE SQUEEZED HIS TESTICLES AND DROWNED HIM

IT WAS ON THE NEWS

BAIL FOR WOMAN ACCUSED OF KILLING HUSBAND BY SQUEEZING HIS TESTICLES

A 32-year-old woman from Chikkamagaluru is accused of killing her husband by squeezing his testicles and then drowning him in a pond. The body of her 35-year-old husband was found in the pond and the police have alleged that the woman, with the help of her paramour, killed the man. They have also managed to produce two eye-witnesses who saw the three of them bathing in the pond where the alleged murder took place.

On March 14 this year, the Sakrayapatna police, Chikkamagaluru, arrested Pushpa and her friend Natesh, who is six years younger to her. The police alleged that the two had plotted the murder of Pushpa’s husband Nirvane Gowda. Nirvane Gowda was found dead in the Ayyanakere pond on March 13. Pushpa and Natesh are in custody since then.

The police found out that Pushpa and Natesh were in a relationship and when Nirvane Gowda found out about it, they schemed to eliminate him. The prosecution told the court that “the petitioner (Pushpa) felt that the existence of the deceased (Nirvane Gowda) was a hurdle in her illicit relationship with accused No 2 (Natesh), so she squeezed his testicles and drowned him in the pond.”

The police also found witnesses who had seen Nirvane Gowda, Pushpa and Natesh bathing in the pond at 4.45 pm on March 10. “They had stated the presence of the accused and the deceased in the tank,” the prosecution pointed out. The post-mortem revealed that Nirvane’s testicles had been squeezed.

However, after eight months in jail, the High Court of Karnataka has said Pushpa was entitled for bail. While granting her bail it said, “The accused were arrested on 14-3-2016. Since the prosecution case is founded on circumstantial evidence, which is not been proved during the trial, there is no impediment to allow the petition.” She was allowed bail on a self-bond of Rs 1 lakh.

Kicked on testicles by wife, man dies

BENGALURU: A 35-year-old woman allegedly killed her husband by kicking his testicles, in West Bengaluru's Byatarayanapura, in the wee hours of Sunday. Rohini Kumar (name changed), a housewife, said she was defending herself from marital rape.

She added that her husband - Arun Kumar, 45 (name changed) was HIV-positive and was attempting to force himself on her when she reacted in self-defense. Bengaluru police have now arrested Rohini under IPC section 302 (murder).

The incident took place around 2.30am on Sunday. According to police, Arun, allegedly under the influence of alcohol, woke up his wife and demanded they have intercourse. Quoting Rohini, police said Arun's wife, who had been keeping him at a distance fearing that she would contract the illness, refused but he attempted to force himself on her. Rohini kicked him on his testicles, following which he collapsed and died instantly.

The couple had been married for past 15 years and have a 13-year-old daughter from the marriage. Arun, was working as a driver with a private distillery in the city. According to the wife, he was diagnosed with HIV a few years back and since then their relationship had been affected though they lived under the same roof for the sake of their daughter, she told cops.

Investigators, however, said the daughter's statement contradicts Rohini's claim. While Rohini's statement to police clearly mentions the advances by her husband, the daughter told police that she heard her parents fight and later found her father dead.

MN Anucheth, deputy commissioner of police, said that post-mortem will be the key for ascertaining the cause of the death. While the wife believes that the kick resulted in the death, investigators have also found a head injury.

"We can't conclusively say at this moment which injury caused the death or if the medical condition of the deceased itself had something to do with the death. We have to await the post-mortem report for these answers," he said.

Asked whether the husband's attempt to force himself amounted for attempt to rape, he said it is a decision to be taken by the courts. "As of now we have booked a case of murder," he said.

India woman kills father-in-law by 'squeezing his testicles until they burst’

A woman has been accused of killing her father-in-law by squeezing his testicles during a row about a cockfight.

Police say victim Gau Kerketta dropped dead on the spot after his son's wife, Anima Kharia, lunged at him and grabbed his genitals like a vice.

He had been trying to defuse a bust up between Kharia and his son Bhairaw after the pair's rooster lost a fight in India.

'The couple was probably drunk,' said police officer Ashok Kumar. 'The father-in-law tried to pacify them but the woman grabbed his testicles and squeezed them.

'The man died on the spot.'

Kharia, in her mid-thirties, is said to have confessed to killing Gau, but claimed it was accidental.

'The man died of excessive bleeding,' officer Kumar said. 'This was one of the causes mentioned in the autopsy report.'

Kharia is being held at Gumla jail as the investigation continues.

But she and her husband have dodged charges of taking part in a cockfight at a village fair in Saitola in the eastern state of Jharkhand.

The 'sport' is banned in the region after protests by animal-rights activists.

Undertrial girl gang-raped in Bihar police station

ncident mars Brand Nitish Kumar

In what appears to be another slur on the Nitish Kumar regime, a 19-year-old woman undertrial, facing murder charge, was gang-raped at the Majhi police station in Saran district in Bihar.

The cops present there allegedly drugged her before perpetrating the crime. After the woman lodged an FIR, District Magistrate Vinay Kumar constituted a medical board, which confirmed custodial rape. As a consequence, the DIG, Saran range, Sunil Kumar, has suspended Kapurnath Sharma, the officer-in-charge of the Majhi police station.

The woman was brought from the Chapra jail on remand for interrogation in a murder case in which she was the prime accused. The undertrial said in her complaint that the cops gave her tea laced with sedatives on August 19. “I fell unconscious after drinking tea.

Subsequently, the policemen raped me one by one,” she said in her FIR, and reiterated the charge before the Additional District Magistrate Chapra, Tarini Das.

Eventually, the district magistrate constituted a five-member medical board headed by Dr Shambhunath Singh, and which also included two lady doctors Dr Kiran Ojha and Dr N Singh. The report submitted to the court as well. District Magistrate said: “There are bruises on the private part of her body. The possibility of the rape cannot be ruled out but the lady was accustomed to intercourse. She had been examined in jail which suggested that she was used to intercourse.” The woman undertrial is in judicial custody in connection with the murder of 15-year-old Deepak.

Deepak’s father had named one Chandan and the woman in the FIR lodged in connection with his son’s death. But the woman, in her statement to the police, said that since Deepak had tried to outrage her modesty on August 12, she forcefully squeezed his testicles, following which he died.

Even though the investigation was on to verify her claims, the custodial rape has given the case a new twist and brought disrepute to the Bihar police.

Abused wife strangles man in Bangalore

Harassed by her sexually perverted husband, a young woman kicked him in the private parts and strangled him after he fell unconscious.

Vidyashree, 22, of Harohalli was arrested for allegedly murdering her husband Ashwatha Narayanachari, 28, a cook, in the heat of a quarrel in the wee hours of Monday.

According to Doddaballapur rural police, Vidyashree got married to Narayanachari three years ago and the couple had one-and-a-half-year-old daughter. However, Narayanachari was addicted to porn and he used to sexually assault his wife after watching the videos.

In the wee hours of Monday, he began to harass her when she refused to submit herself to his perversions. He turned violent and started attacking her. During the fight, she kicked him in his private parts and he fell unconscious. Fearing that her husband would punish her severely after regaining consciousness, she strangulated him with a cloth.

The crime was probably committed after 1 am and it came to light around 6 am. Initially, Vidyashree tried to deny any role in the killing. Later, she confessed to the murder before her relatives who called the police.

Commercial sex worker kicks drunk man in private parts, killing him

http://www.dnaindia.com/pune/report-com ... im-1917022

In an alleged act of self-defence, a commercial sex worker (CSW) kicked an inebriated man on his private parts, leading to his death on the night of November 4 in Budhwar Peth area. She has been arrested.

The Faraskhana police had found the body in the area. Investigations revealed the CSW’s role in the act following which the police arrested the woman, identified as Gita Umesh Mane (40) of Dambergalli, Budhwar Peth.

The police said the deceased, Anand Sharad Nagarkar, resident of Wadgaon Budruk, was a driver of a private vehicle and often visited the red light area. On November 4, he came to meet Gita in an inebriated condition and was allegedly troubling her.

Police sub inspector VM Koli of Faraskhana police station told dna, “On November 4, we had got a call from the area stating that the unidentified person was lying in an unconscious condition. Following which, we rushed to the spot and shifted him to a private hospital where he was declared dead. The hospital authorities told us he had been injured in his private parts. Our inquiries revealed Nagarkar had come to meet Gita on that day. She admitted that she attacked him in self-defence.”

Koli said other CSWs were interrogated and they gave similar statements. “As a result, we have arrested Gita under section 304 (A), causing death by negligence i.e. whoever causes the death of any person by doing any rash or negligent act not amounting to culpable homicide, of Indian Penal Code, 1860.”

ONE VERY GOOD REASON NOT TO FIGHT WITH YOUR NEIGHBOUR

A 20-year-old boy died in Thane after a neighbour squeezed his testicles during a fight over a clogged drain. The bizarre incident took place at Mafatlal Nagar in Kalwa, Thane, at around 3.30pm on Tuesday.

According to the Kalwa police, the victim, identified as Gangaram Narsingh Ghadge, lived at Mafatlal Nagar with his elderly mother. After Monday's heavy rains, a drain near Ghadge's house had clogged up, and he and his mother were busy trying to unblock it when neighbours confronted them.

Omkar (45) and Anguri Pawar (40) told him to stop cleaning the drain as this was causing the water to flow towards their house. Ghadge did not listen to them and carried on cleaning, so the infuriated neighbours started abusing him and his mother.

""Ghadge asked the husband and wife to mind their language and not abuse his mother, which angered them even more. Omkar and Anguri started assaulting Ghadge but he overpowered them. Then, Pawar's sons Manoj (22) and Rajesh (21), their friend Riyasat Ansari (22), and three others attacked Ghadge,"" said Prakash Kilewad, senior police inspector at Dharavi police station.

He added, ""The accused kept attacking Ghadge, and Anguri squeezed his testicles. Ghadge cried in pain but she kept squeezing till he fell to the ground unconscious. Locals rushed him to Chhatrapati Shivaji hospital, where he was declared dead before admission."" According to doctors at Chhatrapati Shivaji Hospital, Ghadge's genitals were swollen when he was brought there.

A post mortem was conducted on Tuesday evening, after which doctors told the police that the cause of death seems to be severe injury to the genitals.

The police have charged eight people, of which five have been arrested while three are absconding.

The arrested have been identified as Omkar and Anguri, their two sons Rajesh and Manoj, and Riyasat Ansari. The couple's daughter and two other sons are absonding.

Vasovagal shock

According to senior physician Dr Krishnakant Dhebri, the testicles are the most sensitive organs in a man's body. ""Any severe trauma or injury to the testicles can cause vasovagal shock, which can even lead to death,"" said Dr Dhebri.

Vasavagal shock, also known as neurogenic shock, is caused by a strong physical or emotional stimulus that causes widespread vasodilation (widening of blood vessels) and bradycardia (disorder of the heart rate).

Now you know how many other completely normal men, teens, and boys are walking around with healthy penises that get off big time from the same ideas with no harm to anyone in having wild fantasies.

Your stories on here are a stimulating, enjoyable, and healthy vent for those ideas. Like a volcano letting off pressure slowly and controlled to prevent an eruption or explosion from too many pent up desires never letting off steam.

Plus other males can see they are not the only men getting off on these ideas and how normal these ideas are for extra horny males to have and enjoy.

Please keep up the great work. For every reader who left a star, many more read it and never left any stars or comments.

After reading all these factual accounts of killing men so easily and quickly just by squeezing their balls, us men with balls better start wearing jockstraps with metal nut cups 24 hours a day ! Maybe we need to start making and all wearing locking metal chastity ball cages just for self defence against women killing men this way.

Who knew our balls really are the archilles heel for all males.

And nature left our vulnerable balls hanging out so totally unprotected and defenceless from these simple but fatal attacks. Missing testicles must have been really common back in ancient times from being so exposed and fragile to every kind of damage. All of our ancient ancestors must have guarded their balls like family jewels for us to be alive today with their DNA. Think of all those fragile balls that had to be protected and working for millions of years in countless different men to create all of us who are alive today.

Think of all the penises and testicles lost over those countless past millions of years that never passed their lost DNA on to anyone alive today ! Only the fittest, strongest, most virile, and luckiest balls passed on their DNA through all those endless past generations of men to be swimming around as sperm in our balls today.

Pretty amazing to think about !

cutnbulls2ox (imported) wrote: Sat Mar 10, 2018 2:50 am It also sounds like people into cbt and castrations real or play will need to be very careful to avoid similar deaths from testicle pain ! Who knows how much each man can take before it becomes potentially instantly fatal. Burdizzo and crushing and banding now seem potentially fatal in light of these news reports. Past common expressions about castrations causing deaths in even healthy young men now appear to be rooted in fact, not exagerations.

I've always been into extreme CBT, with everything from full nails through them, clamping with large wood vices, girls jumping with full weight and wearing boots. I've needed various medical attention to repair them. But I've never felt close to going into shock from the pain. Yes, it was extremely painful. But I think there is something about expecting it and even enjoying it that seems to keep it from becoming neurological shock. I do feel that if someone experienced the types of pain I've experienced but did so unexpectedly and unwantingly I could see it causing death through shock. My understanding is that shock is somewhat of a reflex, your body experiences sudden pain and believes it has been gravely injured and so does things like lowering blood pressure (in hopes of stemming flow of supposed blood) and similar physiological reactions. As a reflex, it does seem that CBT could provoke it, but again I think there is something about the sudden unexpected pain that would cause it worse. I suppose it is like other reflexes, they can mostly be controlled if you really exert your will.

It also seems similar to getting knocked out. I am a heavyweight boxer (not famous, just local circuit and now I'm too old for serious competition) and have been wobbled (although never fully knocked out). The common wisdom in boxing is that unexpected hits are considered much more likely to knock a person out. I'm not sure if that is scientifically proven (it wouldn't really be an ethical experiment) but based on my experience in and watching bouts I would agree that it seems to be true.

I guess I'm saying that I do believe sudden intense pain can kill, but in CBT it is often expected and the person receiving it is by definition someone who experiences pain differently, so I never was specifically concerned about going into shock.

tooth decay is linked to heart disease and diabetes. there are lots of things you wouldn't think would effect other parts of the body. When you compare your (SplitDik) cbt play to the injury's of the ones who died, there is a significant difference, you knew it was coming.
