Ok, I just figured something out! I have been trying to figure out why there is not a rash of castration clinics throughout the nation, just begging to castrate any man who feels he needs it even according to the way he thinks it should happen. Look, there are healthcare professionals who do a lot worse and have no sense of guilt as long as the money is good, I’ve seen it. I was appalled by it but I’ve seen it. It has to be that we are either unwilling or unable to pay for it! Just a question. If you could be castrated exactly the way you always dreamed of and it was 100% legal, how much would you be willing to pay for it? I think this comes down to a monetary problem. What do you think?

What's is considered normal and desirable HERE is abnormal and repellent to the rest of the population. The idea of clinics where it is common place is a fantasy of stories.

The % of men who would want to be castrated is very very low. I do think it should be an option for those with gender dysphoria, but don't see castration on demand happening.

When you write, "Castrated the way we want to be" you're virtually saying that you'd like some sort ritual, a "scene" in which your balls are the main attraction. No medical person will agree to that, money or otherwise. You are inferring that you'd put yourself in an unsafe situation just to fulfill some sort of dream or wish. I was castrated in a regular hospital by a Urological Surgeon and to neither of us did the idea of variance from the protocol for medical castration occur. Enjoy your dreams and fantasies but, should you actually get to the point of reality, be smart and do it the boring way with a doctor in a safe atmosphere. In the long run, you'll have memories of before and after but to truly wish to be castrated, it cannot include weird and wonderful side bits, no druids dancing around, no offering of your balls to the Great God Whomever. Plus if you confide your desire for "the way you want it done" to a medical professional, you'll have a very short appointment.

Corner clinics for castrations would take a giant shift in men s minds and desires to ever get any men in the door. Prostate cancer has made gelding necessary for lots of men. But not enough to keep any clinics busy. And those medically necessary emasculations are strictly business and not sexual fun at all. The men are usually knocked out cold for the surgery and wake up eunuchs.
