After reading the entirety of the Calcium Chloride thread. I went out and got all the supplies but had to postpone the deed because of an event. So was looking around and saw this BME wiki article about castration with a spot where they mention injections.

Injection of Caustic Substances

A few reports of alcohol injection (alcohol denatures proteins) supposedly do exist.

Lactic acid has been used in animal castration. A few humans have used lactic acid injections. Aside from having to attempt this multiple times, there is a risk of injecting too much acid (which could eat away too much material).

In theory, hydrogen peroxide (a strong oxidizer) could similarly be injected, but no reports have been located of any successful attempts nor should any attempts be made. A small volume (1 cc) of 40 vol could generate 40 cc of oxygen in a 20 cc space and plenty of heat. Of course, attempting this would probably be bloody painful as the testis essentially cauterizes itself from the inside and swells up like a balloon.

In short, it's probably best NOT to inject anything into the testes but anesthesia.

Note that it doesn't mention Calcium Chloride. But the bit on Hydrogen peroxide is oddly pacific and after a few Google searches couldn't find anything on this. So my question is has anyone tried it and did it work.

Also - pressure can push the remaining hydrogen peroxide anywhere - from ball sac to the testicle cords, depending on your luck. And if you hit a blood vessel - it can/will also lead to embolism.

Sounds extremely dangerous and stupid. I doubt anyone has tried it, at least anyone currently living.

Definitely don't do hydrogen peroxide. It will absolutely kill you. The air bubbles it creates will get into your blood stream and cause embolism, heart-attack etc. Basically you're injecting air into your veins which I hope you understand is not good at all. Blood does carry oxygen but not as air bubbles. The bubbles do terrible things. For example, your heart is expecting to pump liquid which is incompressible but if air gets into the heart it will be compressible which basically means your heart will stop pumping (it will beat but not be able to push blood).

Also it will clot the blood and cause stroke. Super, really bad.

Never inject this stuff!

It has positive effects by low dose oral use and for desinfection, but not more!

Use CaCl is a good way and if done correct, with very low risk potential.

When there are tried and true methods that work well why would you try anything this dangerous? As stated by others this would be a horrible death! If you want an idea how it would be take a piece of meat and pour some on it and think of that in your body at only a 3% solution a 35% solution an amount so small you don’t even realize you got it on you will cause an instant burn!

As the idea of CaCl2 injections is to make the testicles appear to have cancerous lumps in them to fool a surgeon into removing them, I wonder if just injecting a small amount of CaCl2 e.g. 0.1ml in two or three places close to the surface of the testicle(s) would be sufficient to cause palatable lumps to get them removed?

I'm not sure I worded the title very well as I'm just waiting for a good day to do the calcium chloride stuff. The idea was never to actually do hydrogen peroxide. I just thought the article was a bit odd.
