I am having my last evening with two balls.This time tommorow I will be a semi castrate with just one testicle. I am going to tell him that if during the operation to remove the left ball the right ball is compromised to go ahead and remove both. I don't for one minute think that will happen but you never know. The thought of being put to sleep and not knowing when I wake up if I will have one or none is a bit of a turn on. I expect I will have one left but also think that in the future my consultant would probably agree to removing the other one but that will have to be for the future. I will post again when I get home from hospital and I will post photos.

Thanks everyone. It's six thirty here in the morning. I have been up early having two cups of tea and some toast. Also some water. That's it now no more to eat or drink. I am being taken to the hospital at 10am just over 3 hours away now. The operation is this afternoon. I don't feel I can ask the hospital to photo or film this I really don't. I will do photos of me when I get home and have taken some of me with the 2 balls. I am exited as to what it will feel like when it's all healed up with just the one goolie dangling down. Also will I feel in a few months time to try and go for the other one removed. I have no interest at all in becoming female like so I would need T replacement if I went all the way. Thanks for all your support.

My vasectomy doc any years in the past found it funny that I was taking any photos while he done it.
