Is There Any Actual Medical Photos?

I was trying to explain to what i want and having trouble finding actual medical results to show what I'm interested in and several other operations. Not trying to find porn but actual results of castration, SRS both Mtf & Ftm, & nullification procedures. Some used to be available but seem to no longer be around?

Google search could be a good place to start also try reddit.com

Here a some searches I use and I like to use tumblr as the site

You mean something like a TransMan who had the bottom surgery but no phalloplasty?
