Hello my best friends in the world! Well the latest isin't so good but...... I again got another infection. the thinking is that this form of bacteria was in my scrotum waiting for it's chance to grow and destroy me. It may have come from the injection of chem cast or from the o r or just from me. I woke up a week ago with a swollen penis and an abcess on the left side of the scrotum and shaft. YIKES!!!!! So I went to the doc, who cultured it STAT! He found that it was a veralent form of bacteria and he wanted me into the hospital like NOW!!!! I told him Id rather do this at home. He said that I would need a pic line put in me and would be on IV for about a month or so. Then I had to go to the infectious disease MD. She told me that I would need to have my Uroligist cut into the abcess to drain it. so now 3 or 4 or 5 times a day I drain this abcess and it hurts and is a mess. The right side of the scrotum has already been excised and drains but is healing. Im on an IV pump and get infused 4 times a day automatically. Well the bottom line is Im a Eunuch and the journey has been bumpy to say the least. Clean clean tools need to be used and I assure all of you ... Your saftey can and is at risk if you try this alone or with someone who is just a cutter. Becareful please! Please be safe. Im lucky to be alive. Scottie

It sounds as if you ARE lucky to be alive!

I hope that you don't have any further problems with this. Infections of the male genitals are extremely hard to clear up, I know. It seems that once something gets in there, it wants to take up permanent residence and just rum amok. I've not had THAT bad a condition, as you describe, but it took me almost a full year to fight off the infections that I kept coming down with.

While I can't say I know how you feel, I can imagine!

a month isn't that long.

Just keep draining it and keep the medication up and it will go away.

I once had to dress a nine inch incision twice a day until it healed and that lasted from September 1 until Thanksgiving day in November. Another time I burnt myself so badly that I spent two weeks getting shots on antibiotics and taking pill while the blisters healed...

It does end. don't get depressed.

Indeed you are. Now, to STAY that way, do everything you are told to by the medical profession, OK? If they want you to spend a month in hospital instead of at home, stay in the hospital. Get healed properly.

I suppose amputation would be an easier way to cure the infection.

As always you guys are the best!!!! Thankyou for your letters and your suport!!!! I am doing what the Docs say! Im very lucky and overall I am healthy and feel good. The pain is in the abcess and in my scrotum. This too shall pass I know this, but when you are in the forest it's hard to see the trees. I can't stress enough the caution one must use when doing castration or penectomy. Much more is in the balance other than just ones balls or ones penis. The excitement leaves and ou may be left in a very bad way indeed. I now understand why most members who have written to me and who have posted stress saftey. So lets all be safe and take care of each other. You are in my prayers and thoughts and I will always keep writting. I am available for anyone who WANTS TO KNOW! and I KNOW! Hi everyone! Kinda am feeling like the everready bunny! Went to the surgeon yesterday and my abcess which is infected is still draining and the doc might want to cut it open and clean it out. He hasen't donne this to this side. Them sorry thing of it is, If I would have not used the chem-cast then the testies would have come right out and not needed to be scraped from the sides of the scrotal wall. so in a way I caused all of these complications. The other 3 wound sites are healing and are shrinking down to normal side. My penis still gets hard and I can't wait to join with Mistress! I AGAIN MUST SAY.... USE YOUR HEAD ON YOUR HEAD NOT THE ONE IN YOUR PANTS!!!!! this is all exciting and to reach my goal will be terriffic, but it isin't worth someones life!!!! So think it throught before you do! Anyway having an empty sac is absolutly the best!!!!! God bless, Scottie
