surgical castration in France or Europe

Post by norgefluid (imported) »

I would love to be brave enough to try this calcium chloride experiment

I've been on AA for years now, and I have hyperprolactinoma because of Cyproterone (and I take only 12.5mg a day), and the best solution would be to destroy my balls (but not remove them, ... or why not replace them with fake ones).

Maybe Calcium chloride + Alcool injection is a way to avoid surgery. I really don't know.

I live in France, if somebody can help me ... maybe there is a safer solution. I'm really afraid, injecting something in balls doesnt seem to be an easy task.

I dont want to have nothing in my sack (scrotum) ... I just want to have inactive balls. No more testosterone, and without medication.

Thank you !

I’m no expert as I’ve only just started looking seriously into chemical castration over the last few weeks.

But, from what I gather by reading other peoples experiences with cyproterone its effects may become permanent if taken for a number of years. Could you have destroyed your balls already?

Is it worth having a trial period without cyproterone and seeing what happens?

As I say, I’m only just learning about chemical castration myself, so I may be totally wrong…

Unfortunately my balls are not destroyed, I stopped it for few weeks, and my libido was back stronger than ever and my testosterone was high :/

Oh, it just shows how people are affected in different ways, and until you try it yourself there really is no way to know exactly what’s going to happen.

Out of interest how long have you been on cyproterone?

It's been years for me and though they take their time to wake up, they do wake up, though so far never to their former strength.

8 years

I forgot to mention I tried spironolactone 100 twice a day for a year ... didn't work at all.

I would like to try calcium chloride injections ... but I'm really afraid and I dont think I will be able to handle the pain :/

Wow, that’s quite some time.

I wish you every success in finding a surgeon who can help you.

I’m not sure that I could inject myself in the balls either. Quite apart from the pain, there seems to be a lot that can go wrong.

Yeah ...

Thanks ... I don't think it will ever happen, in France. Maybe somewhere else.

You're on AA yourself ?

Spironolactone is a weak antiandrogen, had zero effect on me, too. If you order anything illegally anyway, then Androcur is a more suitable choice :D

Not yet, but I plan to start a trial run in the next few weeks. I honestly don’t know if it’ll be for me until I try it, but if it works out then I guess I may be looking for surgery sometime in the future.

It seems to me that most of the medical profession still thinks in the gender binary. You can get help if you want to transition from MtF or FtM, but if you want to go MtE, or just somewhere in between, then you’re almost entirely on your own.

I’m seeing my gender therapist tomorrow, and from our previous meetings I can tell that she thinks the only options are either transitioning to female or accepting things as they are. I am going to try to persuade her that there are other possibilities.

I don’t know how much help she will be, but fingers crossed.
