I like the "Dark Time".

Nights that are black and not dark gray.

Weather that requires a flannel shirt, a sweater or jacket.

Whatever holiday you celebrate, or even if you don't, I hope you all have a wonderful season! Go out and find something to celebrate anyway!

I will be watching my 'grandson's' dad lose his mind trying to put toys together! hehe

At my age, I am fully immersed in the role of 'bad Grandpa'.

Merry Christmas or whatever holiday you and loved ones celebrate this season of the year, and may you and yours have a happy, prosperous and blessed new year!

To keep peace on earth and goodwill toward man, my daughter-in-law put together the princess castle for my 6 year old granddaughter, as my son read the instructions, since my son has as much mechanical aptitude as do I, which hovers around zero! It truly was teamwork as the castle came together with excitement overflowing within and from my granddaughter cheering the team toward victory! All is peaceful in the castle home.
