Symptoms of no or very low test

After doing some very heavy testicle massage to the point I thought I did not have any testicles anymore I think I have killed them. Some of the things I am seeing is much smaller testicles, smaller penis and some other things. I would like to know what some of the possible current or future things I will possible see or experience. Any thing no matter how irrelevant you think it is I would like to know.

We are the same age and my first signs of damaged nuts were hard and shrunken nuts, and hot flashes and night sweats.

Hot flashes and night sweats are good signs that you have damaged your balls.

A urologist is the type of specialist doctor with whom you should make an appointment.

I presented to my urologist that a self exam indicated my right nut was hard and painful, and I was experiencing hot flashes and night sweats, and I was concerned about low testosterone.

He ordered blood tests and an ultrasound. The blood tests showed testosterone below the low end of normal range, and the ultrasound showed a mass in the right nut and abnormality in the left. He recommended surgery to remove the right nut right away.

Have not seen a doctor. Why should I and what should I say and what kind?

Perhaps another on here can better answer that question. I guess it would depend upon your desired final outcome.

Are you considering transition surgery. If so, you would likely have to go the therapist and letter route. Of course, you could go the self-administered trial route and see where it takes you, and whether you like the results.

Depends on the individual doctor. Here one has to play dress up and rub it in their doctor's face that they're MtF transgender to get estrogen, and that's with a very tolerant SJW doctor. Tolerance is a powerful weapon to hate with.

Basically they are playing gatekeeper when their job is purely to dispense and monitor, rather than be my therapist. Already got a highly qualified therapist for that... doesn't matter. Power corrupts more often than not, and little spineless people love making themselves feel big.

Too bad for them I am a crafty one, who firmly believes in body sovereignty.
