Testosterone (+x?) after Castration?

Hi everyone,

So my question is geared towards the folks that have been castrated, but still wish to live and function as men afterwards? More specifically, I was wondering what the HRT regimen was like at that point. I've read a couple guys who felt that a pump a week of AndroGel was sufficient to keep them where they wanted to be. Are there any additional drugs or supplements that need to be taken long-term?
