Easiest route is to inject alcohol or better (but more painful) CaCl and then go to a doctor. :)

Read a ton of the past forum posts on this website and you ll learn just about everything related to castration and how many other men before you have successfully dealt with desires just like yours in many different ways and for endless different reasons. It doesn t always end in csstrations either. Lots of men handle their desires in other ways.

This is not that hard. Use Google, type in "orchiectomy" and the name of whatever 2nd or 3rd world country you want to be castrated in. For instance, in Mexico you can look for orchiectomy in Tijuana, Guadalajara or Puerto Villararta, for example. Google "orchiectomy urologist tijuana" for example and you will find most of the doctors who do this procedure. You go to their website, send them an email in their language (use Google Translate) and start a dialogue. Explain you want castration for (pick your reason). Mine was hypersexuality. Its really very, very easy to find many, many doctors who will castrate you, it puzzles me why so many men seem to have such a hard time doing basic research and outreach.

G’day. Thanks for the reply. Had done exactly that route with Thailand, but all the responses to date have been that it’s only done as part of SRS and or with a medical referral letter.

There s great ea archives fiction story about a man going to Mexico to add 2 extra fake testicles to his own 2 balls in his scrotum and thru language problems, he ends up castrated instead.

Southwestern cowboys go across the border into Mexico to get cheap dental and medical care. Being there as one of those cowboys and trying to communicate in our broken hayseed spanish with drs and dentists and desk staff is tough and could easily lead to mistakes. Our rotten spanish gets lots of laughs from the locals. The young Mexican kids learn english in school and man stores after school to speak very good english to us as customers to make buying things way easier. But I wouldn t want kids translating castration details. Even teen boys might screw up that subject by accident.

From what I've been hearing its much more difficult than it was even just a few years ago to find doctors in Thailand who will do the procedure without a referral. For all practical purposes it really isn't an option anymore for what you're looking for. I don't know what the situation is in other developing Asian countries but you may have to widen your travel net (North and Central America seem to be the best bet at the moment either with the aforementioned clinics in Mexico or Dr Arnkoff in Detroit) or force your Australian doctor's hand by doing something to make castration a physical medical necessity.

My urologist consented with no hesitation because of my history with chronic pain because of mumps years earlier. Not saying anyone should lie, but if you complained of pain long enough, who knows? The Dr might insist on looking for other causes, such as lower back problems, but once these are eliminated, and if you resisted pain meds (not a problem nowadays with the increasing bias against opioids) you may hit a compliant chord (no pun intended.)
