Its about a boy, his parets took him to this tv game show, where if they get the answers wrong the boy loses his private parts.

The cutter was one girl name Yelonda, and the stiches were made in Y shape in her honor.

What is the name of this story? It was 123 millionaire or something, i cant remember, and i cant seem to find it.
