I have a gay friend who clamped his penis and performed a sub-incision after removing his Prince Albert. I’m plan on having my gay friend clamp my cock and remove it. Therapist will not recommend penectomy as I have no history of penis abuse and felt my problems may been from excess testosterone.

Find another therapist who specializes in male to female transitions.
I just posted why you don't cut off a penis (clamped or not) on another thread:
The reason is that the penis is a hydraulic cylinder that fills with blood to get hard. "Arousal" is the opening of arteries and at the same time the restriction of veins inside the penis so that blood volume engorges the penis and your blood pressure creates the stiffness. When your heart races in an orgasm that's a drastic rise in blood pressure and the "rock hard" erection men experience. That also means that if you slice into the penis, those same blood vessels bleed profusely and that is very dangerous.
It will be much better for you if you get a doctor to do it.
Take the time to find another therapist or convince the therapist you have.
