Firefighters in Worms, Germany, spent three hours Friday cutting a man’s penis free from a set of weights.

Yes, you read that correctly.

The man somehow got his penis stuck inside a 2.6 kg weight plate, Worms firefighters report on Facebook. He went to a hospital, weight and all, for help. The hospital called firefighters for assistance.

A fire crew spent three hours removing the weight using a grinder and hydraulic cutter. The Facebook post includes a photo of the weight cut into five pieces.

“Please do not imitate such actions,” firefighters advised.

I can totally understand what he was doing and why he did it.... Remember that old (sort of lame) joke about.... "The definition of a 'REAL MAN', that's a guy who, when he is naked and erect, can hold a full cup of coffee in each hand while also carrying a dozen donuts." Well, having a dick long enough to put a dozen donuts on it sounds really impressive, but every donut that I have seen has a rather small hole in the center, it would take a very long and very skinny dick to put a dozen donuts on it. On the other end of the spectrum is "The definition of a wimp, that's a guy who can have a full erection and ends up with a broken nose when he walks into a wall."

I can just see this guy in Germany, looking at a bar bell weight, looking at the hole and thinking "I can fit my dick in that hole... I wonder if I can hold up the weight on my dick with an erection." All the while, NOT taking into account that a flaccid penis can easily fit in some small holes, and then as it becomes erect it swells, and that the constriction of the bar bell will only HOLD that erection and make it ever more swollen and erect..... And the whole thing sounds like something I might have done when I was younger. Now, I am old and I know full well I could never get that erect to hold up 2.6 kg of weight.

What do you get when you add gym weights to male genitals? A painful problem.

It may seem like common sense not to but a German man did just that, getting himself into trouble after his penis became stuck in the hole of a 2.5 kilogram gym weight plate.

To make matters worse he needed the help of the fire brigade and their power tools to remove it.

The fire brigade was on Friday called to a hospital in the city of Worms, Germany, after doctors were unable to free the man's penis from the plate.

The man was sedated and the fire brigade spent three hours freeing him with angle grinders and a hydraulic rescue device.

Firefighters posted a picture showing the smashed 2.5kg weight after they sliced it to bits (the weight that is, not the penis).

Writing on Facebook, the fire service said: "Please do not imitate such actions!"
