Its over 2 months ago now when i had my surgery.

I don't have any complication, the scare is healing nicely, i think in 6 months orso you wont see anything.

I had scrotum reduction, but i hoped to have some more reduction, but i have to wait for a while to see if more is possible.

Not much more to tell.

I have last week an dexa (DXA) scan again, and its alarming bad.

Ive lost 8.5% bone mass in 20 months.

I am getting really scarred now, my T value is like -3.4 (im 36y old)

Im not to sure what to do now, maybe taking Testosterone again of estrogen.

Im taking calcium (500mg) and vit D (800ie) for 2 years now.

You should absulutely take testo! If you want low libido take at least some (half daily portion of gel).

Remember you need Magnesium for your body to assimilate the Calcium otherwise it passes straight through and will deplete. I did Calcium, Magnesium and D for 2.5 years no T and no bone issues and I am in late 50s now and very strenuous work. Too many people don’t realize how they work together!
