Has anyone had only one removed because of pain?

If so what were any side effects?

I've already had a vasectomy and had the epididymis removed but still having pain.

I have injured balls n had to go to drs asking a lot of your same questions about my own balls n manhood. Thinking Immight as well pass on what I learned to help you. Most men with testicular cancer lose one ball n still stay manly n sexually virile with onemhealthy ball doing the work of 2 testicles. Read about all those one nut men online to answer a lot of your questions too.
