Peeing on an electric fence

Mythbusters did an episode including this. Only if you are relatively close will you be shocked. Further away the stream is not continuous and will not conduct. Saw Racerboy posted similarly.

Pretty much anything will conduct the fence shock. As kids we d hold hands or touch someone to pass the shocks on to them as a gag.

I have been shocked by my 100 mile 10,000 volt fence charger on accident and it will knock you flat! Make a 1200 pound horse jump really good.

I can't believe any of this is true. It's gotta be grounded or something, no way peeing on an electric fence is gonna flow up your stream to your junk. Just my opinion.

I ve heard some wild stories about electricity doing odd things.

A cowboy pissing in a pasture and he gets struck by lightning that grounds through his piss stream and he loses one testicle and the use of his penis from the current passing through him.

Another on a football field, lightning strikes the goal post and shoots out countless mini bolts that knock all the players out instantly. They wake up on the field, not knowing what happened and all they could think to do was to run for their lives off the field as the audience tended to the wounded. The guy I talked to said he woke up, looked around, thought everyone else was dead near him. So he started running to get off the field, not even knowing what happened to him or anyone else. No one died but many went to the hospital with burns.

Ha! we run "mains" fences here 240 volts! Its the amps that get you. Most car ignition systems that would 'kick your ass' are only 70> 140k volts. Have bit my lip and smacked my elbow, head etc from a boot from them. Never piss on a bosch

In the off-chance there is something to this, I think a video to capture any damage may be smart. Maybe I could sell it to pay my hospital bill and afford a transplant for my double crisped bone.
