I met with my doctor yesterday and he said that the left is most certainly coming out and I should consider just monitoring the right. When I pushed towards removal he seemed to think that removing both would be acceptable as well. The surgery will be in two weeks (date is still up in the air), so by the end of the month I will officially be a eunuch.
