Re: Road to Ruin: A discussion of my plan for testicle destruction.
Well, the initial pain on Friday was enough to keep me up most of the night, but subsided into something manageable by the next day. As of today, my right testicle is hard as rock and still a little painful. Being a little impatient, I decided to inject my left ball today with a similar 1.0mL mixture of 9:1 alcohol to CaCl.
I figure that in a week I will repeat the process to ensure they are well on their way to a premature death.

5 days I had incredible hurting after CaCl, .... seems to be "normal" and you have wait.
After this phase all will go back to normal ans it's very very slow shrinking after one or two months.
If you only have the pain in the balls/cords all is ok!

Re: Road to Ruin: A discussion of my plan for testicle destruction.
since you indicate the testicle is hard, I'd think twice and many times more about using more calcium chloride for injection, as there is a high risk the hard testicle will cause leakage into the scrotum, with unwanted result of scrotum damage you surely don't want! Leakage can badly eat away the flesh of the scrotum, believe me from personal experience.
It sounds like you are very impatient as I was for end results. Please give yourself much more time to see how your first injections work to damage your testicles. You truly won't know without an ultrasound from this point.
Beyond experiencing what you have so far, I next experienced shrinkage of my testicles, and hot flashes and night sweats. With those outward signs I presented to my urologist, prompting testosterone level blood tests and an ultrasound, which showed my testtoserone levels near non-existant, and serious damage to my right testicle and more limited to the left. My right testicle was surgically removed the next month. Since then, I've been injecting 75% Everclear into the left testicle, and follow-up ultrasounds show further damage, and I am confident my left testicle will also be surgically removed by the end of the year.
My point is that while the process has taken longer to achieve, impatience has not resulted in a quicker desired outcome of total surgical castration of both testicles. So please proceed with patience!

Thanks jojo and nutless. I will be more relax and see what happens... I just want to make sure that the damage is done and things don't return to "normal" ever again.

Re: Road to Ruin: A discussion of my plan for testicle destruction.
I received my initial testosterone test back today and it looks like the road to Eunuch isn't too long. My total T was 178 ng/do. Since this was only 1 week from my 1st injection of 0.5mL 40% alcohol, I think it is a good representation of my level prior to any intentional injury.
One area of concern is not knowing how long the alcohol and CaCl will remain in my testis and may be visible if there is further testing in the near future. Does anyone have experience with having an exam/tests shortly after the injection of CaCl?

Re: Road to Ruin: A discussion of my plan for testicle destruction.
Just as an update, my doctor requested a second testosterone test to ensure the first was not an anomaly. Blood was drawn today, so I now just have to wait for the results. I am presuming that my total testosterone level will be similar or lower...

Re: Road to Ruin: A discussion of my plan for testicle destruction.
The results from my second test showed an increase in testosterone level, from 178 to 210. I had a third test this week and it came back as 249. My first reaction was to think "why won't my balls just die already?" My doctor has already indicated that she wants to start TRT, but I am going to delay that by requesting a second opinion from an endocrinologist or urologist first. Hopefully by the time I get into one of those my balls will have completely died and the levels will drop off. I have to remind myself, over and over, to relax and remain calm about this.

Re: Road to Ruin: A discussion of my plan for testicle destruction.
Met with my primary physician Monday and, as I thought, her initial thought was to put me onto TRT without even asking why my levels were low. I told her that I was concerned about finding the cause first, so she referred me to a urologist. Saw the urologist yesterday (it was amazingly quick to get into see him) and he basically said "low testosterone just happens sometimes and no one knows why..." and offered TRT. In my book, that is a BS answer (since I know that there is more going on), so I pushed him to dig a little deeper. So, I am now scheduled for an ultrasound tomorrow. Hopefully it will show enough damage that he will want to do something else.

Re: Road to Ruin: A discussion of my plan for testicle destruction.
Things have progressed quickly now. Ultrasound was yesterday evening and the technician easily identified 3 masses (2 on my left testis and 1 on my right testis). She was concerned and sent the to the radiologist on-call who read the image and provided a report to my urologist last night. This morning another urologist from the same office called me (mine was out-of-office today) and told me that the radiologist identified 3 tumors that were suspect of being cancerous. The doctor ordered blood work to look for cancer markers and a chest x-ray to see if there are any signs that it metastasized. I am going along with everything, even though I know what caused the tumors... it can't hurt to be screened for cancer anyway, right?
Anyway, I have an appointment with my original urologist Tuesday morning, at which time I will see what his plan of action is. If he follows the standard recommendation from the AMA, it will be to perform a bilateral orchiectomy, then have them evaluated by a pathologist to determine if they are malignant. My understanding is that they don't usually perform a biopsy prior to removal because of the risk of spreading cancer cells into the scrotal sack and infecting a different lymphatic system... but I guess I will find out the plan Tuesday.

That was nearly exactly my experience minus the speed of events.
I too was told biopsy is not done for concern that if cancer is present it may spread, and surgical removal is highly recommended, and following surgery, pathological evaluation is done to see if cancer is present in the mass.
In my case, the pathology report indicated precancerous cells were present in the mass.
Often following surgical removal, monitoring is done for up to 2 years by CT scan and chest x-ray to confirm no cancer is present in the body.
