Road to Ruin: A discussion of my plan for testicle destruction.

After 4 decades of a hate/hate relationship with my testicles associated with a feeling that they don't belong there, I finally decided to move forward with slowly destroying them, in the hope that a urologist will indicate to have them removed. My intention is not to be MTF or eliminate testosterone. I realize that for a time I will have an extremely low level of testosterone, but intend to go on TRT.

I started this past Monday with bilateral injections of 0.5ml of 40% alcohol into the testes along the median line of each. I started with 0.5ml to judge my tolerance for the process. The following day I attempted bilateral injections of 1.0ml, but the discomfort was too high and my testes would only tolerate 0.1ml in the left testes and 0.3ml in the right testes. I allowed my testes to recover for 72 hours before trying again. Yesterday I did bilateral injectionsof 1.0ml into the testes along the median line.

Off of this experience, I am planning to inject 1.0ml twice a week until each has received 50ml of the 40% alcohol. By my math, I should have either completely or at least partially destroyed my testes by December. If, by the end of the year they are still functioning, I will do a short round of 1.0ml incjections containing a mix of 40% alcohol and CaCl2. I would like to be testicle free by April of next year.

My only concern is that, by using only 1.0ml injections of 40% alcohol, I may be allowing my testes too much opportunity for regeneration. I recognize that everybody responds differently to this, but I would like to hear your thoughts on if this is an effective plan of action?

Congratulations on your decision to move ahead with your desired goal of castration.

The first sign of progress to destroying your testicles is likely to be noticing hot flashes and/or night sweats. As annoying as they can be, I knew I was making true progress.

Based on what I have read on here and my own experience, there three factors I see as potentially slowing down the process to total destruction are alcohol percentage strength, volume injected, and injection intervals.

Everclear grain alcohol seems to be the gold standard used for this purpose with an alcohol percentage of 75% or higher, depending availability. A lower percentage of alcohol may have a much slower impact, or no long-term impact when combined to other factors.

The smaller volume injected may also have a minimal impact on the damage to destruction of the testicles. I've injected the maximum amount possible to each testicle until discomfort level, with tenderness for 1 to 2 days.

The intervals between injections, as you question, may also have an impact on the ultimate damage outcome, or length of time to do total damage. My experience was that I injected the next round to each testicle as soon as the tenderness was not noticeable.

Because of my lack of patience I switched to calcium chloride injection much sooner than you plan, but I had already started to experience occasional hot flashes prior to the switch. After the switch to a single calcium chloride injection, hot flashes and night sweats intensified and became more frequent, and I experienced noticeable shrinkage of my testicles, and they began riding higher and to the top of my scrotum.

As is frequently pointed out on here, we all have varied experiences with similar methods, and that which one experiences, likely may not be the same for you. I hope this adds to your knowledge.

I would slowly build it up to 3ml per nut and get better alcohol.

I used Everclear on mine 95% proof on US scale.

I am living proof that it does work but be patient you may have to do about 20 odd sets of jabs.

The hard bit is getting the medical profesionals to remove em.

I am currently due my third visit to the urology department after both of my nuts retracting into my abdomen but still not confident they will remove them.

I would advise keeping all the paperwork that you get from the hospital and present it at subsequent visits to your doctor.

If your testicles are harder from several ethanol injections, you can forget the CaCl route, because it's very difficult to inject and a big danger to flow back and will destroy other tissue.

If you 100% shure to kill your nuts, do CaCl now oder use 95% ethanol for effective killing with ethanol..

Great point and advice that absolutely should be followed.

After multiple injections of Everclear 75%alcohol, I switch to one injection of calcium chloride, when ultrasound results showed that the left testicle was not damaged like the right testicle, I injected the left a 2nd time, and I experienced leakage into the scrotum causing worse damage to the scrotum than the testicle, and an avcese that 4 months to heal, so I suggest only one calcium chloride injection, or, as

suggested, absolutely no calcium chloride injection if a testicle has become hard.

Also as pointed out here and repeatedly elsewhere on this forum, medical doctors are reluctant to remove testicles, despite all signs to us that indicate the testicle is not producing testosterone, is shrunken, hard, and dead!

Thank you all for the kind and informative responses. Where I live, the highest concentration of ethanol allowed is 75%, so I think I will end up needed to use CaCl. I will read through the threads on that and on alcohol use.

You better decide in the first place if you want to go the long way (regular alcohol injections over a period of 8 and more times a ball) or straightforward (painfull) speed destruction by one to two CaCl shots?

The conclusion was somewhat correct in my experience.

I started with 75% Eveerclear alchol (highest percentage available in my state), and switched to a single injection of calcium chloride after multiple injections of the alcohol to each nut.

The problem of leakage of calcium chloride from the testicle to the scrotum occurred when I did a second calcium chloride to my left nut, after two ultrasounds showed less damage to that nut compared to the right nut, and my urologist would only surgically remove the badly damaged right nut.

The calcium chloride ate away at the scrotum tissue and caused an abcess that took 4 months to fully heal with help of multiple visits from a wound clinic. It took another 4 months for the scrotum flesh to return to pre-leakage condition.

So while one injection of calcium chloride did go into the testicles without leakage after multiple alchol injections and the testicles had become hard, I agree the risk of leakage is much increased when injecting calcium chloride to a testicle(s) that have become hard from alchol injection, and I would suggest not injecting calcium chloride into a hard testicle.

Well, I am moving down the shorter path now. I purchased lab quality CaCl and I was able to locate 150 proof Everclear. I just injected 1ml of 9:1 Everclear and CaCl into my right testicle. I will see how the pain/swelling is and repeat the process on my right, as necessary, and then do the full routine on my left.

It will be easy to quantify the impact, as I had a T level test done on Wednesday of this week, so I will have a perfect baseline to measure off of.

Hope everything goes well CaCl is what I successfully used 4 years ago.
