Mine were prominent for a month, diminished over another 5 months to negligible, and have been undetectable the rest of my first year.

Frankly I was so glad I was able to convince the urologist, that whether the cords were going to be present was the least of my problems. A radical orchiectomy will obviously almost totally remove the cords. I am not sure but I believe attaching the cords to the walls of the scrotum may cause long term issues. I guess if you have to use a cutter they may do whatever you want.

Yes, they are(cords) unpleasantly sensitive.

Have also a cuttings from my vasectomy and also there the nerves are a bit more sensitive but no hurting. Only nice if I press them a bit... feels nice.

For me Radical orchid. On the left I did not find the cord after 4 months, on the right still the bean-sized ball, the end of the cord, apparently hematoma, after surgery over inche, slumped slowly for 7 months.

By sensitive, he means bloody painful and uncomfortable, get rid of the things, they are a pain, literally.
