I certainly was. ;)

So, for those whose were removed, how did you accomplish that? Just ask a plastic surgeon? Are there specialists for that? I understand the scrotum is relatively complex, with muscle layers and so on.

I was referred to a plastic surgeon. He was willing with no hesitation but very expensive so I still have mine. --FLO--

If I had my right testicle removed, I would prefer to leave the scrotum in place - an 'empty sac'.

I spent about six months trying to come up with a plastic surgeon who would do the scrotum removal. While there are now quite a few who will do a scrotum reduction, when you ask about a removal they all get distant. Some will ask if you are trans in which case the scrotum should not be removed. Others will ask why your testcles were removed if you're not trans and I've not found one yet who wanted to talk with me further when told it was voluntary and in large part, an effort to reduce my sexual deviancy/habits.

Then there is the part about the cost as Flo mentioned. Even the price of a reduction costs a whole lot more than my orchiectomy did, so while Dr. A can/would do it, he's not a plastic guy plus a long way off. Most the surgeons I corresponded with were on the West Coast of the USA.

For a long while, I couldn't find anyone to do it and then found a few by just not giving up.

I had mine removed in a well-run clinic, by a plastic surgeon. The total cost was about $800, including general anesthesia. I think it is possible if you look for plastic surgeons who do genital work. For them, the procedure is easy to do quickly and well.

I asked around here, got some pointers, but finally it was some Googling and a few phone calls that found the right surgeon in the DC area.

It all went well, and I'm happy that I had it done.

If I do eventually get surgically castrated I'd definitely want the sac removed. The thought of all that useless skin sticking to my legs is gross. It already happens and bothers me even with balls.

If I'd known then what I know know, but it was a troubling time with some serious medical diagnosis possible.

At an elective nutting? Yes, I'd certainly want it all gone at the same time.

As it happened, I lost the scrotum some years after the balls, but it feels good now.

With no scrotum left, I feel that I am further along the eunuch road than just losing the balls. Probably makes no sense, but it feels good that way.

The plastic surgeon who removed the scrotum wanted to give me plastic balls, but was just as willing to take the scrotum instead. It's hard to know that it was ever there now.

After having my testicles surgically removed (urologist), I had planned on having implants, but when I learned that it would need to be replaced and I decided not to get implants. I later had the scrotum removed completely by a plastic surgeon. Having no more pain (testicles) has been wonderful. At first, I didn't know how I would look without a scrotum, but it turned out good. I'm happy with my body.
