Is the chatroom active or is it out of order?

I tried to go in there, however, all I get is a blank white screen under the EA banner.. is there some technical thingy I need to do to correct this?

I can get in if click on the "Flash Client" link within the text,then enter your user name and you should get in.

https://eamain.hopto.org/chat/ and then simply put your username. That is what worked for me after experiencing the same as you.
