I think this is a real video, but could be wrong (I'm admittedly gullible with videos). Guy shows off what are just his balls remaining, and basically his story is that he lost it in a motorcycle accident and he's making the video because an ex girlfriend is blackmailing him saying that she's going to tell people about his lack of penis so he decided he might as well get his story out there. Seems like a really nice guy.
