I considered the Shang ring, but for the type of cut I want (low and tight, with removal of the frenulum), it's not really possible.

How long did you wear it while healing and did you have any discomfort or complications? For those that haven't seen the Shang ring clamp, it looks like a plastic cock ring.

Ahh yes, true! Although I think the main issue is he size difference between soft and hard. If you're a grower, I think they tend not to want to cut so tightly (I'm assuming I'd be considered a grower, given that I'm about 2" soft and 4" hard?)

I'd be asking the clinic directly... but they won't answer detailed questions until you attend a consultation. Grr!

With babies, they don't know how big they will get, but in an adult, I think the skin will stretch after any circumcision to accommodate it.

I think with babies, everything grows in proportion afterwards (I.e. The penis, remaining foreskin Etc), but with an adult, there's no more growth to be had... so if it's cut too tightly, then you end up with restricted and sometimes painful erections. I'm not too bothered by that really.

Now I'm wondering if I should get cut before, or after I embark on my chemical castration (and hopefully lose another inch at least)
