I often wonder what would be going through someones mind that wanted to be castrated durring preperations for the procedure. I had little time to prepair myself only 4 days, so I was very nervous and had to be given something to calm down. As it turned out everything went very quickly with no discomort durring the procedure.

Since I was castrated by Dr. Spector, the main thing going on in my mind was....would I feel anything? How much healing time? How long before the effects of testosterone were eliminated? Would I suffer hot flashes?

But one thing I did not think about was if I was making a mistake and might change my mind.

I take it by your post that this was for medical reasons that you were castrated, if so yes 4 days is not quite enough time to prepare for such a change.

I did research, went chemical castration for a year before finally being castrated so I was prepared for what was to take place.

I think you will find that each eunuch in this site has a different reason for being castrated and how it was done. Some of our reasons are similar but in fact we are all unique eunuchs.

That's not much time at all, considering most of the folks here have been thinking about it for the better part of their lives.
