Im curious, What will I need to do to prepare myself mentally and physically before getting nullification? Also I plan to take vitamins and testosterone injections afterwards, what else can I do?

Re: Before and After
Hi James,
Good health is important. Regular check-ups with your doctor would be advisable. Preparing your self mentally may not pose any problems if you plan to take testosterone injections. Have you had any blood tests done to determine your current testosterone levels? Depending on how long after nullification you plan to get injections, you may experience mood swings. Although testosterone injections may not be a suitable substitute for natural testosteone production, be prepared to take these injections for the rest of your life.
With such a physical change, you must have a great desire for it, not just wishful thinking. If you are turned on by the fact of being nullo, then by doing so you might regret you desicion. The ureathra opening would most likely be relocated which would cause you to urinate like a woman. How would that affect you when using a public restroom?

Re: Before and After
Yeah I already had test about my testosterone. It was 800. m willing to take testosterone for the rest of my life. I heard they made testosterone patch's called androderm as well. Becoming a smoothie doesnt turn me, but I must admit I think it looks beautiful. I been wanting it since I was a young teenager. I hope to learn more and more. As far as using a public restroom while sitting down to pee doesnt bother me. Small price to pay the way I see it.

Re: Before and After
Another possibility for HRT is to take estrogen pills, which wouldn't require injections.

I don't know much about it, but if you don't want boobies, you might consider something else. Of course a low dose may not do that to you. If you want to remain essentially asexual, low dose of either may work.
Of course, each guy is different.

Re: Before and After
In addition to the injections, which were the only way available a few years ago, there are now Androderm and Androgel (both trade marked names from the only supplier). Adroderm is a skin patch which you place in any inconspicuous position. Androgel is just that, a gel which you massage into your skin once a day after you shower.
The manufacturer has been advertising Androgel with 2-page full-color spreads in national magazines, such as Forbes, trying to convince men that they suffer from low testosterone syndrome and need to have their doctors prescribe the medication. You should have no trouble obtaining it, and it is probably the easiest way to go.
You can find information on the Internet by searching Androgel on Google or any other search engine.

Eunuch Tom uses estrogen. Here is what his webpage says about it:
(NOTE: I do not react well to taking testosterone, so the hormone I am on is actually estrogen. This keeps osteoporosis at bay without inducing a libido that demands physical release. The feminizing effects, if any, are quite minimal.)
(Here's a picture that shows the "feminizing effects": http://www.bmeworld.com/smooth/N3.htm)
I think the main advantages of estrogen are:
- decreased libido
- slower body hair growth
- your future chance of getting prostate cancer would become almost 0
- you'll probably never develop male pattern baldness
This webpage explains it in more detail:

Re: Before and After
As you know, I also desire to be nullo with urethra relocation. Setting to urinate is not a problem once you realize the advantages of doing so. I have sat full time, including in public restrooms and outdoors, for over 6 years and have no desire to stand. The main difficulty with sitting in public restrooms is the limited number of stalls in men's restrooms.Christina (imported) wrote: Wed Jan 29, 2003 12:37 am If you are turned on by the fact of being nullo, then by doing so you might regret you desicion.
