Rape Accusations

Has any Eunuch been pointed at and accused of rape? I can see this going to trial. and the eunuch simply saying Perjury is a crime. perhaps sharing the info with the Judge, and asking that the accuser pay for all his lawyer fees, and any fine that would be accrued had the person been capable of any such action. This may be a story idea if nothing else...

I think it would be a wonderful story, to see a eunuch get out of a rape charge by proving himself incapable of the act... unfortunately, I seriously would doubt it would ever happen in the real world. In today's world, everything masculine is ALWAYS wrong, everything feminine is always right. There a thousands of innocent men in prison today, because once accused of any sex crime, a man is always presumed guilty even if he were a totally nullified eunuch. Women accuse a man of rape, and they claim they are so traumatized by the rape that their memory is damaged - so much so that sometimes when the REAL rapist is caught and proven to be the rapist by a DNA match, we often see that the rape victim accused a man of totally different description, often getting the race of the rapist wrong, and all identifying characteristics they also get wrong. Yet the accused is almost universally found guilty.

Whilst being an eunuch could be used as a possible defence against a rape allegation it would not be 100% certain.

Rape, it is widely accepted, has less to do with the sexual act than the exercise of power over, or the degradation of, another person.

One of the arguments used against judicial castration is that whilst it may remove the 'tools' it does not necessarily remove the desire.

Eunuchs that retain the penis can get an erection. Those that are nullified may use a prosthetic.

I seem to recall a report on this site about a rapist who underwent voluntary castration in order to obtain a reduction in the length on his sentence. Upon his release he used TRT and proceeded to commit at least one further rape. The indication that this was not an isolated situation.

If that happens to me, once I prove the how and when of where I got to today, I'll be suing her into living in a cardboard box. If she's lucky.

What DeaconBlues mentioned I can confirm these facts. My experiences have shown me that a male is always guilty, His life and his sentiments are less valid and worthy, And if he has done a crime (often accused to have done a crime) he will be punished three times more then a female. Even if a female lies all the time it will be apologized or will be taken as holy truth.

Justice is now always a strange, foreign word for a male.

I had been thinking of a scenario like that (sort of in a story sense, although I never really intended to write it). It would be... um, funniest, for the lack of a better word, with a penectomized man or a nullo though. The accused would go along with all the court proceedings, investigations, interrogations etc. etc., then, just before the jury is about to present their 'guilty' charge (because of course it would be), the man would go - "Oh, I just remembered one more evidence, may I present it?", stand up and drop his pants.

Yes I know I'm weird, no need to remind me, and I'm not making fun of anything, it's just how the scene had played out in my head. It would certainly be an interesting case to showcase that such accusations are not always black and white.
