Thanks for your encouragement. I'm being treated for the effects of the treatment haha. Until I'm out of the woods, I'm not going to resume Vitex or anything else. While I'm happy about the soft dick (cisplatin side effect) it didn't stop the mental urge. Medically, things are way too complicated to attempt taking chemicals that the legion of doctors supporting me are kept in the dark on.

As an aside, if anyone finds themselves with HPV-16 tonsil cancer, know that the treatment is 100% successful. It involves chemotherapy and radiation, lots and lots of radiation. Within 10 years that radiation will kill you. You might want to throughly read patients' forums specifically focusing on HPV-16 to make the fundamental decision to accept or reject treatment. 'nuff said.

That's encouraging. Do you still have the urge, desire, need for sex? My hope is that sex won't even cross my mind. Simply being able to fight off the urge is, in my estimation, pointless failure.

I have no urge or desire for sex at all.. Vitex has given me complete self control.. I used to masturbate once every week I'm now down to Hardly ever at all... We are talking months at a time now.

I wish my two-months on Vitex had been as successful. Never did completely suppress libido, but almost never masturbated and have only had 1-2 full erections in the past several months. I can hardly believe it, but my penis has shrunk below 5". It had been 6 1/2" five years ago. I absolutely love that it's now below average! Wish I knew if it was the Vitex or something else, or a combination of factors. Whatever, I hope it keeps shrinking.

Your penis shrinkage is likely most from lack of erections.

I always had a less than average penis both flaccid and erect, and since my castration it has shrunken even more without erections. I am circumcised, but now the glans are covered by what little foreskin I have. I now call it my microdick. It is tricky to urinate and not have it wet my scrotum.

I'm also circumcised but with a very short flaccid. Same thing with shaft skin making me look uncircumcised. I'd love a sub- 4" erection so I've avoided having them.
