As the only Raloxifene I can find is 55mg tablets and they are very expensive.

Many Thanks

Re tamoxifen, Ihave recently completed a 3 month course to stave off gynecomastia. There were no side-effects that I could tell, but neither were there any benefits in eliminating the gyne. (I suspect that I was prescribed too late...)

Hi, I use Raloxifene Sandoz 60 mg, ordered from https://www.qhi.co.uk/. Not on the product list but they can supply. 18 euros/ 28 pcs. Generic product, same substance, very good value.

Tamoxifen will not reverse gynecomastia, that can only be done with surgery. It will stop the progression and I used it while I was on the cypro before my orchiectomy. My breasts had started growing, I was getting breast buds and my nipples really were very uncomfortable. Just a shirt dragging across them hurt.

So I gave the Tamoxifen a try out of desperation and it worked to stop the breast growth. My nipples quit hurting and the tissue growth stopped but I still have the breast buds if you can find them what with my weight gain.

I didn't have much balding at all prior to starting. Just the tiniest amount, just enough for me to notice. I think within 1 year I had seen regrowth. I can still tell where it happened because the hairs are shorter than the rest of my hair, seeing as I haven't cut my hair since before I started taking these meds.

If it's causing you so much anxiety and depression to be masculinizing, and you're wishing you could be more androgynous and live such a lifestyle, jumping on the wagon is as easy as taking the meds. It's an easy fix. The longer you wait, the more damage testosterone will do to your body. If I had a time machine I would love to tell my younger self to start at your age or even younger.

I nearly did start doing this at 18, and that's a pretty big regret of mine. I put it off because of worry about what others might think if they knew (stupid worry IMO), but eventually my masculinization gave me a wake up call I couldn't ignore, the depression, axiety, disgust became too much to bear and that is what finally made me get on the right track. I wish I had realized it could only get worse with test in my system earlier though.

Prismatic, your post are very helpful here. I am much older than you and am finaly seeing a MD discussing my desire for a more feminine appearance. He is thinking Spironolactone might be a good start. I waffle about the breast issue because some days when I see a guy withe gyno I am jealous thinking about having soft breast tissue to touch and filling out some of the more feminine clothes I wear at times but then I think about the times going to the gym sauna and hot tub. I an not thinking I would want to hide anything with clothes on, but would others care in the gym? My understanding is thousands of men are chemical castrated for prostate cancer and grow breast and still go to the gym. Love to know more about the emotional and physical effects of spiro and CA. Do you know what your ideal T level is? Thanks, I have an appointment next week to discuss. Thanks

Thanks for all the positive and genuine advice, especially from you Prismatic. Your messages were the most valuable to me here.

Just wanted to give an update. I haven't yet started AA, but Im currently only taking Dutasteride. I have my cyproterone acetate 50 mg's of one months supply and a large amount of spironolactone.

After reading the studies, side effects and user experiences I have come to the conclusion that Cyproterone acetate seems to be the better choice for me. Unfortunately It is not produced locally in my country and ordering it online is very expensive for the dose of 50mg.

Does anyone here know a good reputable and cheap way to obtain cypoterone acetate online. I am also considering going to one of my neighbouring counties where it can be obtained over counter and then taken back with me along with a doctors certificate.

SO if anyone knows where can I get cyproterone acetate in Asia or cheap online, please let help me out. Thailand, china, japan, vietnam, phillipines are close to where I live. If you have any experience buying OTC or online, please do help me out.

Have a good day.

Do you have health insurance? Does it compensate medications in your country? I live in Estonia, EU and with health insurance I get 50% compensation on drugs I'm using.

Hi Mike, I have mild case og breast growth and and pretty obvious case of nipple growth after chemically castrated. My male parts have shrunken a great deal. I still walk around the YMCA without hiding under any towels. Some people take a double take. Some gays trying to cruise roll their eyes at my tiny parts. Nobody, gays or straights, ever bothered me.

A couple of guys come into the changing room in full drag. They never get bothered either.

I frequent nude beaches as well. And no one seemed to care much. Once, I did overhear some guys talking about me, saying at first they thought I didn't have any genitals. Well, I wanted them small. And they couldn't see them. So, I was only too pleased that I have achieved what I set out to become.

But this is San Francisco. So people are generally more open minded.

Hi everyone.

Glad to have found this threat.

I am intersted in getting chemically castrated, but don't like the side-effects neither.

Unfortunately, here in Switzerland it is absolutely rare to find someone who is into the same stuff, especially to find a Dr. to support one in getting the right means, chemicals and dosages.

Looking foreward to hear from other experiences and maybe from someone from Switzerland ;)

Take care!
