Questions about Androcur Please help

Hi all

Right had my blood test results back and I am a little confused to honest the results are as follows and help or advice would be great.

Serum Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) 24.7

Free Androgen Index (FAI) 14.9

Testosterone 3.7

I am getting confused as most of the sites I look at state testosterone in ng/dl but test results came back as above.

I am needing to increase my dosage to get down to near castration levels I am taking 50mg Androcur, 5mg Finasteride and 10mg Tamoxifen should I increase any of these.

Also will Tamoxifen help with wieght loss as I am putting body fat around the wiast since starting Androcur.
