Hi
That's pretty cool. So what are your reasons for taking Cpa with fin?. Did you get any hair thickening?

horny_lynne (imported) wrote: Sat Jan 21, 2017 7:50 am How long did it take roughly for you to notice the shrinkage in your balls as I have not noticed anything apart from penis shinkage and I wear a small chastity cage which is only 32mm long and I can now fit into it when fully soft and shrivelled.
I can still erections when with my partner in fact its quite easy when with her but differcult to do myself in the shower or when playing with it, GOD how i wish my orgasm were hard to reach and so would my lover.
My symptons took a while to notice but they are consistent atm and wish they speed along a bit faster but I know it all takes time.
Look forward to anymore advice and guideunce.
My balls had already shrunken some before I started cyproterone but I would say they were definitely noticeably smaller at the 6-8 month mark. At the same time my results from cypro may have been sped up because I already had been on AAs for a while prior to taking cypro, so it had less total work to do. With ball shrinkage it was much like losing weight: you don't notice you're losing weight until one day you look in the mirror and go "holy crap I've lost a lot of weight"
Same deal with ball shrinkage IMO. I didn't notice how much they had shrunken till one day I was feeling them and went "holy crap they're small" and noticed how I could cross my thighs no problem, almost like nothing was there. Then after more time had passed I noticed they had shrank even more, and had that "holy crap they're tiny" moment. But I am nearing my 3 year mark on anti-androgens, just about a month away from it. If I take the entire 3 years into consideration it wasn't until rather deep into it that they became truly "tiny" and IMO ball shrinkage can take a lot of time. At 6 months total of having anti-androgens they were very very slightly smaller, not very noticeable at all. That said, at that point I was on spironolactone. Still, to me on either drug atrophy seems like a slow process.
Also for all I know ball shrinkage also varies from person to person. Maybe different people have a maximum amount of ball shrinkage, maybe not. I have no idea. Some other peoples input would be good on that.
In regards to libido stuff, perhaps you could try things like 5-HTP or anti-depressants or other drugs that cause erectile dysfunction/lowered libido in men?
Ooh also speaking of libido, I recall that my libido seemed much greater on cypro during the first 6 months or so than on spironolactone, however after that point my libido started tapering off into non-existence, and now I've got much less libido than spiro ever gave me. Now it's basically not even there. I never get urges to masturbate or have sex. But in the first months of cypro I was basically dick-crazy and horny frequently. You may see some tapering-off of your sex drive still.
Once you get blood test results, you'll at least know whether it's working on you as intended, and can proceed from there accordingly, whether increasing dose or seeking alternate methods of reducing libido and such things.

Thank you so much for wonderful reply and advice.
I going to book a doctor and get my levels checked I know that 5 months ago when I had some blood tests done one of them was T and my doctor stated it was low but I cant remember what the figure was.

I don't know where you are located, but in the USA there are online services which specialize in doing blood draw work. You submit your information and specify which test/s you'd like and a Doctor writes the script for a lab which you can locate in or near the city in which you live. It's a LOT cheaper than going to the Doctor unless you're on NHS or something.

Many thanks Prismatic for your detailed reply. It would seem as if the dose I am on at presesent is ok. I will know more after the blood test and maybe need to up the dose then.
I also have Spironolakton 100mg tablets but was warned off taking them due to something about sodium or was it potassium not really sure thats why I went the Androcur route.
Guess I will just have to wait a bit longer for the shinkage to happen then.
Many Thanks again

Re: Questions about Androcur Please help
No problem at all.
For spironolactone it's potassium buildup that is one of the main concerns.
Another issue for some (but a benefit for others) is the lowering of blood pressure caused by taking it. For me it was a problem because it made me get light headed very easily and I was dizzy upon standing. I also just felt like crap on it because of the diuretic effects and it just gave a general bad feeling in my body. At times I would get heart palpitations and I'm unsure if this was related to it lowering blood pressure or raising potassium. Either way I was very glad to move to cyproterone and have had no issues with it so far.
