Speaking as a man who experienced temporary castration from severe testicle injuries, your nipples get way more sensative and responsive to sex and play. First you'd get painful gynocomastia and swelled and very painful nipples and growing tissues right under the nipples. Then if your testosterone returns to normal later on, your nipples will revert back to male nipples as that pain recedes and the breast tissues shrink back down and return to normal male appearance as permanent scar tissue, you're nipples become wildly pleasureable and way more responsive to all kinds of stimulation. That's good information for me. With help of high doses of herbs I am currently growing female breasts and my wife and I switched from penetration to nipple play sex for month. I do now consider castration but I am concerned that a shut down might stop the effectiveness of the herbs.

Be ready for some pain and hassle. My nips got so sore from growing when my testosterone levels were way down that it hurt when the wind rustled my chest hair and the hairs brushed across my nipples. As always your results may vary. After permanent castration my nipples were erect a greater portion of the time. They were not overly sensitive but erect.
