Let's invent some conspiracy theories...

This is the Leap Second that permits time travel (on one second though, blink and you missed it)...

This is the Leap Second when aliens will arrive on earth, evaluate human existence, meet a certain unnamed politician and leave, isolating earth forever as "dangerous."

This is the Leap Second where you arrive work naked. The moon really is green cheese.

Hyperborean worlds exist within the earth (that's where the neanderthals went, yanno)...

This is the leap second where certain evil political things happen that deal with Walmarts and the New World Order of the BIlderbergs and Illuminati, and the Knights Templars' of the Masonic Societies take over the world.

That's more than enough not to waste that single leap second on a blank mind...

Remember, never let a second go to waste - life every second as if it were vital and exciting and worth living.
